    What is lgbt? You mean lesbian gay bi transgender? Cuz thats the 1st thing i thought of that fit the letters...

    You can just search for tags like Yuri, shoujou ai and my nemesis Yaoi tag *shivers*

    Just search for gender bender and yuri. It fulfills LGT part (Lesbian physically, Bi for the male soul and female body from the viewpoint of the partner, and T for genderbender). a lot of yuri novel in isekai is adventure (along with slow life, usually).

    conversely, if you prefer straight but not really, male x female physically, just look for the gender bender part, but not the yuri. it's a male soul inside female body x male (both soul and body), so that makes it gay, transgender, and bi.
