From what I've noticed these sites mentioned are good but usually slow releases. WW is probably the fastest. WN is the one I use the most. I suggest to just use MTLNovel. I go there a lot now since getting a bit tired with Webnovel,
Not a site but a translator: I think CKTalon releases fast, consistent, and great quality translations. He translated Lord of the Mysteries, which I’m sure everyone has heard about at this point. It reads like an English novel. volarenovels.com also has consistently solid translations.
