    Regil from Father I don't want to marry actually loves his daughter so much since the og! timeline and the current one. But the emperor sees him as a threat so he cursed the duke to always be under his command and one day the emperor decided to have the duke kill the person he treasures the most, which is his daughter. His wife noticed him being controlled and tried to stop her while he tried to broke free from the controll but it resulted in his wife's death and MC seeing her father killed her mother when she's just a child. After the incident, he had to distance himself from her so the emperor thinks he doesn't care for his daughter and he was supporting the rebellion so he could break free from the controll. Sadly when he found out his daughter committed suicide he lose control to the point that the curse doesn't even work anymore and killed the emperor in rage. He's the best dad there is among all the historical-fantasy manhwa dads

    Isn't that what we want from EVERY SINGLE DAMN manhua that's just a remake all over again? Travel back in time or the body swap

    Let's not forget about < today the villainess has Fun Again > dad. Is really is also wholesome. Even when he was busy we would make paper areplanes with his work paper to entertain his daughter

    also <i have no health> dad, he lived with the guilt of his daughter his entire life and ended up giving up too :((( he couldnt be there to see her grow up because he wanted to keep her safe from his father and gain power and when he succeeded, his daughter was no more. pls my heart broke
