Works, but you'll still be limited by power rankings. So let's say quick burst explodes 5 goblin heads at once, due to using Enhanced Vision. You'll have to clarify kinetic bullet for me.

 

I was thinking something like a guided bullet, use it once per every six rounds or once every reload.

 

Just call it Guided Bullet or something to the tune. I'll add some guidelines on the race and power level restrictions in an hour. Need to afk a bit.

1. What should I fix/change?
2. No Idea what kind of items I should take any recommendations?
3. How do I add Pictures?

 

Just search an image, copy it and paste it in your signature
basic items that would be helpful while travelling, such as a torch, water filter or water bottle, rope, a clean pair of undies, etc.

 

Fyi, a basic backpack ought to have rope, knife, map, cooking pot,etc..
