depends of which multiverse theory you are talking about.
if you are referring to more hardline theories that there are universes in which the physics constants are different from our own (infinite universe with infinite different base constants) , then it is possible, do not know how one could prove such contradiction, but it is possible.
on the other hand, theories on how each quantum event (upon being observed/resolved) divide the current universe in which it occurred in an equal number to the number of possible states that such an event can be resolved, creating an infinite cascade of universes (all with the same laws of physics and constants) then no.

 

Not necessarily, for example, what if it is a dead universe with no form of life or matter in it, in that sense assuming that the concept of theory exist would be wrong to begin with XD

 

That multiverse thingy boils down to self-reference and is also kinda the same argument as Russel's paradox and Godel's incompleteness stuff (assuming they are talking about multiverse as a thing where each and every kind of universe can exist which they do seem to imply)
