    So I was visiting the 100 most visited websites in Japan to get a feel of how different the Japanese digital world was from ours, and I was mindblown by how popular Korean +18 webtoons were over there.

    ...oh, I thought you were referring to Koreans in JAV. They're all softcore and don't actually feature penetration because of Korean law. Korean law punishes their citizens even if a crime is committed overseas.
