This arc was a big meh for me tbh. Would have prefered if we got more side couple action and main couple screen time. Sorry everything about Oscar arc was boring and felt tacked on for the lack of better words. Also the ending feels rushed.

 

Sooo, are you saying that chapter 114 is the last chapter. That means the manga is completed???

 

Based from the raws, Oscar died while he was saving Canaria and Caesar from an attack of an assassin or guard commanded by the red head dude. The red head dude cried when Oscar died.

 

That is what i first thought too, but I saw from the raws that he didn't die as canaria asked noah a favor to bring his friend/accquaintaince(?) who was the best doctor from another kingdom(?) to stand-by just in case something funny happened. After the attack and his recovery, oscar pretended to be dead (only canaria and ceasar and the doctor i guess knew he survived the attack) and left the empire so as to not let other nobles use him again to usurp the throne, he left everything to canaria and ceasar. He never let Gerard (his friend,the red hed dude) who was in prison to know that he is alive.

Edit: the tomb stone seen in the raws says it is 레티시아 의 묘비 which translate's to Leticia's tomb stone/gravestone, and Leticia is oscar's mom, iirc(Which i also thought was oscar's at first)

 

Can I know what happened to the Empress?
Also, what was the ending of Emperor and ML's mom?


I kind of pity the Empress of the past cause she suffered a lot, the Emperor didn't even respected his marriage with her.

Haven't followed the manwha form a long time but heard that everyone got their karma except Emperor Dietrich, the ML's father who cause pain to the Empress and was a contributing factor to her going downhill.
