Recommendations BL with og book plot changing with MC's actions.

I'm looking for BL novels where the mc knows he is in another book (maybe transmigrated, reborn or just got the book somehow). There are many like this but I want the ones where they are actively changing the original plot, i.e. people from some other dimension are still reading the book and the changes mc makes are recorded in the book.

Not a book but the comic Kiss the Abyss has the MC recreating his game from the inside by interacting with ML
It's pretty good, you can find it on the BiliBili app or MangaDex (both have chapters published by a legal source)
