NUF is a novel forum. Most people here reads a lot. Some may be like me, a certified couch potato. I don't really have a workout routine. But I do a lot of things around the house so it's not that bad. I also do stretches in the morning and take regular walks. Anyway, while I was sweating like a pig earlier, a random thought came to me. Fitness-consious people of NUF, what's your workout routine? How, why and when did you start? Any random shares out there?
I try to do something different each day. On day I will try to do 100 push ups. On other days, 100 squats. On other days, I try to do 100 chin/pull ups. (My arms tend to get tired around 40.) Note, I don't do it in one go. I break it up into parts. I also try to go to the gym once a week for the electric bike. I will soon start to incorporate jogging once a week as well. Other than that, I do daily stretching.
My back doesn't hurt anymore. I also try to avoid things that would hurt it. Annoying, running too often is one of those things that will hurt it. >.> Exercises that would involve jumping around are also banned. It's annoying, really
Once a week should be fine. I've tried it a few times and didn't have any trouble. Right now, I want to increase the overall fitness of my body to create a bit more of a cushion before doing it again.
I've been going out to jogging alongside sone simple cardio exercises for the past month or so. Recently thought with gym being available I've started to there every other day
I do upper back & core exercise daily. Since I sit in from of a notebook all day, those helps to relieve shoulder & neck pain.
