    punch it in the face!!!

In all seriousness, the only real cure for loneliness is reaching out to others. Maybe you will find someone to talk to, maybe you won't.

Sometimes I just feel bored. Waiting it out does the trick. I stop feeling lonely after a while.
When I really feel lonely, I try to talk to the people I know no matter who it is, or how I feel towards them normally. When I get lonely, I just feel starved for some connection, and just talking for a while usually does the trick. Another benefit is that I keep myself from behaving like an ass towards the people I know because I always bear in mind that I may need to use their company when the loneliness hits.
The problem is, when I'm not lonely I can't stand other humans for too long. I literally begin to get headaches and fatigue being around them too much. It's a balancing act, living as a human in a society

Lie on ur bed close ur eyes with a relaxing song besides u. Read a novel or learn something new. But don't waste ur time. Or maybe try annoying somebody. This last one is very effective.

Read with nice music on and a cup of fuming chocolate
Or for long term solutions, go to an event or a bar, make new friends or reconnect with existing ones or family by inviting them to go there with you

Loneliness. Can be a tough hurdle to pass. But a quick and cheap way to turn it around. Is by buying something. For instance. Go out to a coffee shop and say
    Read the name tag.
Hi, (name tag) can I have a ice mocha please.
People always respond positively by using their names.
    They’ll say yes or something.
    Than go in with.
So how is your day going.
It shows you care and you get a conversation going. This is key to breaking the loneliness.
Than talk about other stuff like. The coffee shop decor. Or if they have a recommendation of something.

At least I find this helps a little. Whatever you do. I wish you luck

What kind of loneliness are you battling?

Even if you have someone/partner/so, by the end of the day you're gonna sleep in your bed and only your thought will accompany you.
When I think of that, everytime I feel what I have is enough and not enough. But I dont want to fill it, I just want to feel enough.

And I'll try to say, I have too much work to do, I need to accompany my cats, too many novel not yet read, manga I want to buy, family to think abt, responding to troll in the internet, mocking the shitty politic situation here, etc.
That's how I pass day by day.

Cannibalism once you start you will always have someone in you.
Or get a pet like a cat or dog. Its been proven that petting animals is relaxing for humans and has mental and physical benefits like lower blood pressure for whatever reason.

You do crafts or whatever hobbies you have or can get your hands on, to get out of boredom.

Listen to songs. Especially songs that relate to in some way.

Daydream. Escape into whatever fantasy is in your head.
Caution: Don't overdo or it drips into your reality. Its better to focus on making your reality better instead of running off into daydream cause then reality = no improvement = still stuck same place.

I usually write my thoughts, then fall asleep. Having a talk with family or friends helps too.

We need more men like you my friend,

Three birds in one stone. Meat shortage, over-population, loneliness.

I deal with it listening to songs that make me feel more lonely. Until I feel the emotions rise like the tide and then slowly ebb away. And after a while, I'm okay!

That and telling myself that I'd rather not deal with nonsense that comes along with -not- feeling lonely. But that's a person to person bias and I guess that most social animals aren't the same.
