There's many types of evil. Here's some examples of what I'd call pure evil,
Dragon Life - She does not have evil intentions... but humans are tasty aren't they? Kinda like the "not evil on the inside" but totally evil as seen from the outside.
The Evil Organization’s Recruitment Ad - So MC gets into an Evil Organization even though he has no outstanding skill. They think he has that hidden stat called pure evil.
The Girl Who Ate a Death God - As a reaper of the battlefield, she gives the feeling of a final boss to the "good guys". SP: Battles are awesome.
Legend of the Sun Knight - Though the MC usually restrains his true personality... It's only usually. SP: Comedy!
There's also stories about revenge and stories with grey and grey morality... but that's wimpy evilness imo.
