Recommendations QT Pregnancy

So I'm looking for some quick transmigration where the mc gets pregnant in some arcs. Bl or Bg, I'm fine with anything~

 

The Female Supporting Role Shows Out (MC gets pregnant in an arc but it wasn't really the main focus there, also she later aborts the child. That arc is still not translated, I mtled it)
I Just Want to Die (The pregnancy period didn't even take more than one chapter here)

I haven't seen many QTs with pregnant MCs. They either don't have kids or the kids are already there from the start. I'll be camping since I'm also interested.

Is there anymore recommendations? It's okay if they already had a child and it also transmigrate with them in different worlds(• ▽ •; ). I just wish for some pregnancy qt where there are no abortion and have actual children in arcs.
