Just curious on what time people normally go to bed. Before I used to be a good kid who always slept before midnight. But now I'm addicted to sleeping later even if I have nothing to do and I need to get up early the next day I always end up wasting time until 2 or 3 am...
I've fallen into the bad habit of sleeping at 3-4Am. I'm working on trying to get back to a reasonable 11pm.
About 1am normally but most of time will go to sleep a midnight then same up at 2am then stay awake until 5-6 then go to sleep until 7 and then get up to go to school messed up sleep schedule most of time don't get more that about 3 hrs anyway byee
now matter how late I stay up I will always be woken at 5am thanks to the cat so normally I try to go to sleep before midnight.
No, I'm a college student. Jokes aside, I limit myself to midnight or earlier if I have to get up for class.
I want to sleep at 12mn But i usually sleep either 3am/4am. Most of the time i cant sleep at all so I am awake till 12noon then sleep afterwards.
Well I have a grand total of 8 different timed alarms to force myself awake. (I have a 50:50 rate of waking up on the first.)
Recently I've been going to bed at 3:00 in the morning.... I use to have a great schedule and went to sleep from 7:00-9:00 but now I am effed.
It also depends for me... since most the people I talk to are vampires, I get dragged on their sleep sched. These past few days have been a 3am nightmare
Idk if it's just me but if there is a big presentation next morning, I tend to find a novel so interesting that I binge read it till 4am.
