It's fantasy, not history. I do not know any fantasy Korean manhwa that was like, even remotely close enough to compare to any real, historical time period. Not with the whole Christian rip-offs of religion that somehow allowed multiple wives (concubine not counted), or their unrealistic hairstyles and clothes... But that may be me just picking. The rape... it really depends on the power of the imperial family, but even if Lucifella is disclaimed as a whore for being raped, the Crown Prince would hardly come out unscratched—what decent noble wants to marry their daughter to a rapist and serve them? Lucretia's rape by Sextus Tarquinius certainly didn't go unpunished. It really depends on other factors tbh, but it could be used to depose his position if he had a more popular brother. The problem is, with how Lucifella kept following him around like a puppy, how many people would believe her?

Yes, ogLuci was r@ped by the crown prince during their relationship. Crown prince again tried to r@pe Luci (Estelle) but failed — he got kicked in the crotch. Khalid later on also tried to force himself on Luci after discovering she was Estelle, and from illustrations he did kiss her at one point. To reply to your second question, Estelle was a virgin but Luci’s body and ogLuci was not. Honestly I do pity ogLuci a lot…
