Need some horror and creepy novels that is exciting enough to makes me read all the chapters. Mystery and full blown horror would be the best like My House of Horrors, my iyashikei game, Yu brothers casebook. It is also fine as long as it survival/horror like Doomsday Wonderland.

Hell's App it's scary but the protagonist isn't as evil or crazy as he seems in the first chapter Files 013 being translated by the same translator of my iyashikei game, although i didn't read it yet. I transmigrated into this movie before very good, don't drop it at least until she gets into the first movie (like 2-3 chapters). it makes itself seem like josei drama crap before she enters the movie but it isn't. i feel like the later movies are not as horror focused, but it's always a grim theme
I have read it and that novel is not horror novel at all, more like drama with blockhead mc. I enjoyed the story but i was disappointed at the end cause most interesting character pei xuan was left out at the end and mc did not even acknowledge him as her father and we dont really know if he is or not. It was only thing that made me read it till the end but i was left disappointed. Overall 1/5 for horror and 4/5 for story. My House of Horrors have like 5/5 real horror for more than 500 chapters i wanted something like that.
There isn't any pure horror lately, it usually ends up with an MC with a system that would eventually turn the MC into some sort of superhuman, undermining the horror factor of the novel. I'm currently reading Plague Doctor, it's more supernatural than horror. It doesn't revolve around ghost and jump scares, more of a Lovecraftian vibe.
