Why would it cause drama, why would they care who sired the child. The reverse harem you're describing is a polyamorist relationship, that means they are all her husbands, any child she gives birth to is automatically theirs. What do you expect them to do, split off into faction where they only look after kids they sired, and ignore the rest?
