    It's a Korean novel by a guy who decides to create his own organization, it's not the focus of the story, he's just doing it to make his life easier, and the method he chooses employees is through an aura that only he can see. The better the talent and the better the person, the more golden and bright that aura is. Really, that's all I can remember, sorry.
