Recommendations Any great novels

I just finished reading a novel and for some reason it has got me triggered and makes me have this weird uncomfortable feeling left behind. No element of the novel was a true red flag but for some reason I feel extremely irritated. Can you suggest any good novel with a nice FL who is neither exaggerated as stupid or genius or a koi physique.
Preferably romance. Modern /ancient/xianxia, everything is fine

My requirements for the novel isn't much but some taboos are:

1. No QT
2. No Yaoi / Yuri
3. Mc being too humiliated like a sex slave of some sort.
4. Not cringy
5. Not over 2k chapters (any length below that would do)
6. No harem

Please recommend any good novels to soothe/ divert my irritated mind.

Because MC is a devoted kind of guy, some people hate that the FL allow harem for girls who loves and devoting themselves to help MC

My Disciple Died Yet Again
She is the nicest fl I've ever read without being too innocent/naive type of character. Its kinda qt though and has 300+ chapters

Falling Dreams of Fang Hua
The first part of the story is fluffy but the second part comes the angst and tragedy but it's a happy ending from what i remember

Well I dont mind ongoing chinese because they're easy to MTL but KR is on another level. Their raws are hard to access, the translation updates are released once in a century and are most likely to be dropped or discontinued by the translator after a few chapters. Though I have a lot of KR books I wish to read, the above factors just makes me just wanna stack them up till they're done translating
