Recommendations novel where MC is frequently injured / in pain / suffering

One of my most favorite tropes in Korean and Chinese WNs are MCs who are witty and clever but show weakness from being injured/in pain/battling death frequently. It can be via illness or coughing of blood, losing a limb etc, as long as it’s frequent. I read BL/GL often and am okay with non-romantic novels. What matters most to me is the suffering, I really do enjoy as much suffering as possible via the MCs. I just enjoy their struggle throughout their journeys.

Some of my favorite novels (and arguably some of the best examples of this trope) that implement this are:
Trash of the Count’s Family
Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint
The S-Classes That I Raised
(all Korean novels)

Some danmei I know of that also feature this trope are Thousand Autumns (Qianqiu), Dinghai Fusheng Records, and Nan Chan.

Not as much as those 3, but MC of Ex Rank Supporting Role’s Replay in a Prestigious School has that tendency to disregard his own life health. He thought his injuries are not as painful as his late-stage lung cancer lol. Precaution: the translation for some chapters got really bad, literally MTL, but believe me, disregarding the translation, the story is superb!

 

How many tomorrows there are: MC has a strong personality and he's getting tortured in different ways by ML.

he is not injured much or suffering but his life is in constantly in danger since the world/god/upper being ( whatever you call it. i dont know exactly cuz i mtled and didnt understand the word) is constantly trying to remove him this "bug". altho he is not injured gravely, (if you liked the tcf misunderstandings) but the ml and the other people reactions are like if you know you know ( tcf + ORV type)

Most likely nope. Haven't caught up with latest chapter (only read 301 ch mtl) but not even a female lead spotted. All the females there are purely friends and acquaintances, and they don't even see him as a love interest (and you wouldn't even have any thought of shipping him with someone). Purely friendship story. One of the reasons I really like this novel since that's something kinda hard to find nowadays
