Has Raymond ever killed the female lead?

No he never killed her. It's her fiance who killed her. Raymond never killed Karen. Karen viewed him as her "male lead" when she thought that she reincarnated as a FL in a novel so whenever she married him, she thought that was the end to the story but she always die from outside reasons, NOT from Raymond. She just ended up giving up marrying him because even though he never killed her, he was never able to protect her.

Why did her fiance kill her?

 

Because he wanted her to live forever. He viewed her as his god. The way to break the curse is to have a daughter to pass that curse down to so he would want to kill her before she could have any child. He also gave her the coin so he can tell she kept regressing because the number keeps increasing. While he may not felt or experience the regression, he knew from the hints he planned beforehand and what the mother told him. Honestly he wasn't "bad" and that's why even though he was the one who killed her, he wasn't the villain and the villain of the story ended up being the prince. FL forgave him at the end and he managed to find a cure for her, but it took a long time for him to realize what he did was wrong. He didn't know her regressions broke her and thought it was a great power.

There's no need to camp. I pretty much spoiled almost the whole novel from page 2.

I don't want to sound annoyed but it's already spoiled in detail fully on 2nd page. In fact the response I gave you earlier was just a short response when you can just read from page 2 in better detail about Duran and the Prince who shows up halfway through the novel. I've already told someone else full novel is spoiled already.... If you can't even check 1 page of a forum for spoilers... that's beyond helping.
