I hardly ever eat breakfast. I think I stopped bothering with it in high school when I got bored of eating vector cereal, and I haven't really been able to stomach eggs since elementary, so I've totally forgotten what a normal daily breakfast is supposed to look like. What sorts of things do you have for your breakfast? I'm considering forcing myself to eat eggs until I like them, but I would like to have other options so I don't just learn to despise eating breakfast again after a few days.
I usually eat bread and eggs for breakfast~ and/or some random viand for the day. If I'm specially hungry then I'll eat it with rice too. Also, I heard a protein shake is a good option for the people who can't really eat breakfast.
hahaha...my breakfast is already brunch...so I eat what there is for lunch. but if it's breakfast, it's fried rice- of course, rice will never gone in the table-- egg, bacon, and hotdog!
Rice porridge with random side dishes. Sometimes it's scrambled or boiled eggs. Sometimes we have rousong, sometimes picked radish or other veggies, occasionally tofu that's been fermented in this red sauce that I'm pretty sure has wine in it, and a lot of times silken tofu with soy sauce. Oh, we also have salted nuts and this really sweet fruit thing. And dried tofu that looks like meat.
1.5 sliced of whole grain bread (~30 g. carbs), not-so-hard boiled egg (avoid the green tinge from over boiling), small salad & black tea with whole milk. Butter/olive oil spread or peanut butter. No jam for my diabetic self. This fills me up for the whole morning without overloading on carbs; don't snack in the morning much anymore. Alternately, a little oat meal made with whole milk (instead of water) with nuts & some fruit (a little carb heavy but all whole grain). Occasionally left overs. Forcing yourself to eat something is the fastest way to make yourself dislike something.
Normally I just have cereal and maybe a breakfast sandwich, but I've been on a diet lately, so protein shakes and eggs mainly. I've always thought that the Chinese breakfast was sorta weird, there's no significant difference between the food you eat for breakfast or the other meals. I'm also not much a fan of rice porridge, though rousong is really good, one of my favorite snacks.
Air. eating breakfast makes me feel like throwing up but sometimes I won’t feel like throwing up if I ingest food . On those days usually I eat mini croissants
Whenever I wake up it's already lunch time but when I do wake up early.I always make fried rice with sunny side up egg.
If theres something ready to go on the table, I eat that~ Otherwise I buy a bread to eat at work or don't eat at all~
Bread. Other foods are too heavy for a breakfast. Or even if i eat something else, it is just in small portions.
Bread slices with ham or cheese slices on top and cucumber Or fruit if I don't want bread Also chocolate muesli sometimes
I hate cereal. And I'm usually in a big rush to get out the door. So I just grab a bagel or bread/toast, sometimes a yogurt. If I have time or it's the weekend, I do like making pancakes or waffles, eggs, bacon, the whole shibang. Had a breakfast date and we bought some crepes, those are really good~
When I was younger, I just ate chocolate cookies. Nowadays it's usually bread + leftover meat from yesterday's lunch. It feels kinda bland usually, but it can taste wonderfully if you add some mashed potatoes to it too~ Alternatively, bread with nutella always felt great~ Either way, just make sure that if you're going with my horribly unhealthy chocolate options, you do take the appropriate care of your health to like... Not get too fat and the like.
In my country, you can have anything as breakfast, any other meal is the same. So mine would be fried rice with pork or maybe steamed buns I guess, with some other side dishes.
