Being overconfident is much better then complete lack of confidence. Mainly because those that are overconfident believe they will learn from their mistakes. Those that lack confidence are too afraid to make mistakes and are too demoralized after making a mistake to learn from them.
You never met someone with too large of an ego then. They don't learn from mistakes they do make. Which is pain to deal with for everyone else.

Umm, dunno if low self-esteem ppl are fragile per say. They will listen better and learn from mistakesthey will end up making in at least some capacity. They just won't take initiative. Now question is if you want no initiative, or all of it but probably bad.
