The pinyin sounds like sword, but contextually it doesn't seem to make sense. She's thinking badly about the girls surrounding this boy, so is it a derogatory term?
probably 一群妖艳贱货 jian would be jiàn closest interpretion I have would be slut, bitch pleco says cheap wretch so I guess that works if you're trying to be pg friendly
贱 by itself means cheap, lowly, base, etc. 贱货 typically means slut. "...but with a condescending attitude. A bunch of cheap sluts, do they really think Lu Chen is worth pursuing?
