I don't understand if this is internet slang.

    In this sentence:
    但又有点居高临下的姿态,一群妖艳 jian 货,以为陆琛是那么好追的吗?一个个等着撞得头破血流吧。

What does the jian written in english in the raw mean?

The pinyin sounds like sword, but contextually it doesn't seem to make sense. She's thinking badly about the girls surrounding this boy, so is it a derogatory term?

贱 by itself means cheap, lowly, base, etc.
    贱货 typically means slut.

"...but with a condescending attitude. A bunch of cheap sluts, do they really think Lu Chen is worth pursuing? They're all going to beat their heads bloody."

The last sentence refers to people running blindly (not thinking before acting) which would result in them running into obstacles and beating their heads.
