I didn't read it actually, just read the synopsis, because I was looking for something else then, and now I really feel like finding this story. Maybe someone knows it? Anyway, it's about the MC looking for the ML in different reincarnations. I'm not sure if the MC is immortal or if he keeps reincarnating with all of his memories but he's looking for the reincarnated ML's soul in different bodies, like generation after generation, and the ML doesn't have memories of him. Sometimes he finds the ML and they get together but then the ML dies, and the MC has to wait for him to reincarnate and look for him again in another generation. I think in the end the ML also got all the memories back, so it was a happy end.
