Does having a fake disability count? I don't think I've read much on those that have permanent disablities... Some of these aren't completely translated, but it has stacked up quite a number of chapters 1. The Real Young Miss's Secret Identities Revealed (pretending to be stupid so her famy won't target her) 2. Rebirth: Ghost Exorciser (very physically weak, it interferes with her daily life) 3. Mrs. Huo is a Crybaby (not really disabled, but she has a really low pain capacity) 4. Delicate mother of a Villain (weak physically, fragile mind, easily hurt? 5. In the apocalypse, Jiao Jiao struggled everyday (I mean it didn't specify that she had a mental disability, but she was very vulnerable from start to end) I don't think these were what you were really looking for, but maybe you should check these out! I don't really remember much of stories with a the FL having a disability sing I encounter it more on the ML's side, but I hope this helps!
