It's not angsty but not as fluffy as the others. Highly recommended though Ghosts Know What I Experienced - Has ghosts and demons but super OP MC & ML so it's not frightening at all... Enjoy

I recently completed "My Dragon" and it has diabetes inducing fluff. Pink bubbles around the couple all the time after they get together. It's completely translated. Just 79 chapters. Try it

Not sure how you define fluff, but these all have happy endings without too much horrible happening to the main couple. Some of them have tragic backstories or bad stuff happens to the villains, but in a satisfying bad-guys-get-what-they-deserve kind of way.
