From some of the chapters I've read, ml is not a grand duchess child, the grand duke and grand duchess never sleep together, their relationship is as thin as ice.

Actually if that was true then Akid shouldn't have existed since time was turned back. I couldn't really understand that part as well since the MTL wasn't really helpful.
