Advise Chinese novels in which the MC cultivates the technique of luck. Reverend Insanity had this concept.
"I'm Really Not the Son of Providence" matches although It's more being able to see other characters lucky encounters which also improves his own luck. It's also completely translated already.
there's not really any novels where the mc cultivates a luck technique, there's a lot whre they use systems to obtain luck and get lucky opportunities though. Example: I Can Track Everything - MC has a system that lets him track where anything is, including lucky opportunitiees aand lucky people
I don't know about cultivate but the novel "Novel's Extra" has some dealings with an Mc who has some kind of power of luck
