Forgotten Title BL mc needs brain surgery

I am looking for a novel where the mc has hurt his head or smt and needs brain surgery but he doesn't get it immediately and when the ML later discovers it he rushes him to the hospital.

I remember reading something similar recently that i cannot remember the title of either. Something like MC transmigrated, needed surgery but was too poor? &/or too busy with life.While he was confronted by one of the antagonist blocking his way out, he fainted, was caught by ML and taken to see a doctor?

I don't remember the title also (Pleasing Start Over might be it, it was a recent rereading but I was bingeing so not sure).

Probable part of the plot, it was an entertainment/+business setting and MC or original body of MC had been calculated by the protagonist(s?) of the story to be injured during filming and have blood clot in his brain and risked losing his eyesight. Either original body had begged one of the protagonist for loan for surgery before MC cross over or it was the original storyline as MC read it. But I think MC accidentally healed the body using the system when he crossed over but still lets ML drag him to the hospital when ML knew about it.
