Hahhaa me too, I was pretty upset at first. But when you think about it, Uslin has always been uptight and virtuous in nature.So I guess that’s why he thinks like that. Yess! This is my favorite chapter so far! Spoiler: Chapter 117 favorites There is some substance like Riftan hasnt been sleeping well. And a bit more politics. Even Sejour seems to know why Riftan is ignoring Maxi, and he miht have told her on the way back to her room! But then Riftan grabs her. Ahhh! Some of favorite lines are Riftan: thank god they didnt try to make me wear pointy shoes. And Riftan would have given his captain a dark look but he couldnt take his eyes off maxi. Then Riftans wine glass cracks because he is gripping it too tight! Hahaha! Hebaron: the leader seems to want to keep her in a small glass box and keep anyone from touching her, but thats impossible. If you let her go someone else will replace you. Sizzle! Burn! And Maxi feels like she is surrounded by 100 yurixions Sejour is so chivalrous and kind to her, he treats her like she deserves to be treated! I know Riftan is right for her and Sejour is too showy for her, but he does the thing properly. Her first dance and he makes sure its a success, so sweet. Then, in the dark hallway, Riftans hands around her waist lifting her up to his face, his breath on her lips and "why do you look surprised?" I am just melting! Finally! Gee I am so glad my last comment prediction was so completely wrong!

The moment Sejour brought her to meet Western nobles and then everyone is surrounding and praising her is it because of the Red Hair lady song and her contributions in the 1st war? Someone mentioned i cant remember who Sidina or Annette in earlier chapters of book 2 that Maxi and that Red Hair lady song is popular in Livadon, thus the nobles might feel excited to see her right in front of them. Yes Riftan received his clothes from His Majesty too, similar to Maxi. I think Agnes is behind this, she wants to reunite them. She doesnt appear in the banquet too, to give way to this couple. I think so. I was disappointed when Maxi n Sejour finish dancing Riftan is nowhere to be seen. I thought he left the banquet angrily, gives up and leave them alone. I didnt expect that Rftan is hiding somewhere outside the hall and waited for Maxi. Now Maxi is trapped in his grip i dont know what he will do next. They are in a dark alley. But they have no room to go because Riftan is staying with the knights. How is snu2 going to happen without a room ?
