ML is a rather positive person. Even if he is told so he would still think of the positive side and work on being all cute and romantic. I mean, he already saw in the chapters the ex fiance's portrait and saw how identical they look, and guessed that that was the only reason she probably kept him. And those points didn't make him lose heart nor positivity. Edit: it should be MC, not ML. As it's the pov of the male protagonist not female protagonist. Hence MC and the FL.
I don't think that the woman alongside the emperor is the empress, everyone refers to her as 'princess' and she looks like the emperor so i guess that she's probably his sister.
Does anybody know about the family of the MC? The heir is working with the princess, he disapear and left all the work for the MC (deal with the house, field and everything). Why his second brother with the princess? And why she wants kill the emperor? I mean, he's a bastard, make all senses lol but i reeeeally want to know this. Also~ the couple will bel together? Will they have children? (Sorry for english, not my first language)
All the spoilers ahead are based on what I read in the manhwa(now there is 30+ chapter in English). I have not read the novel bc I can't find it. Also, English isn't my first language so I apologize if something doesn't make sense. Spoiler: Empress/princess and FL Well, it seems the blond girl who's always by the emperor's side is his sister. She is the last sibling he did not killed because he thought she was weak and useless but in fact, she's a magician who is acting in being supportive of him but in secret she's planning to overthrow him. Whats more FL is actually in cahoots with her, and both are planning revenge. The princess and FL were using MC as bait so the emperor in an act of jealousy would do exactly as they expected. And he does. Spoiler: Ex-Fiance's FL He is half brother of the princess, I'm not sure about the emperor but all of them are siblings. He and FL grew up together, eventually fell in love and got engaged. It's even mentioned that some people thought he was the ideal candidate to become emperor, even though he was way weaker than the actual tyrant/emperor. He died bc on one occasion that shitty b*stard wanted the FL to serve by his side(after becoming emperor i think) but she didn't wanted to, so he captured all her troops/people and his fiance. He gave her the option of being by his side or her people will die. She said she better die than serve him, so he gave her poison and say if she drinks that he would forgive her. She did, but he still killed her fiance in front of her and some of her people. That's the reason why she is blind of both eyes. It was that poison. The emperor doesn't know until way later though. Spoiler: MC's missing brother i don't much about him since he just shows up on one chapter until now. It seems he's working with the princess, he had not sworn loyalty to her though. That's all, this is more for those who doesn't want to read the manhwa yet but still want to know a few things
