Transportation administration is my current career path. My realistic dream job is getting a cushy desk job at the FAA, NTSB, or DOT. Collecting a pension and retiring at 45.
You know when your parents make you learn an instrument when you are 5 ? And then they wonder why you want to be a musician. Scold you and force you to do science and the one doing the scolding is an full fledged artist ? How bad it feels Mom's side is full of literature and art , dad's side is science and math. So plenty of expectations Always wanted to be an artist --> Was fulfilled thought drawing comms Was always told to do science math at school --> did that till end of high school Now its my turn to chose , I'm working on my Oboe masters as a classical musician now . Still I kinda regret not doing science at uni ... not too late to change but who knows ?
editor, you read those stuff and make it better flow indirect result of being forced when still on childhood~ this cat know a dancer ( traditional one) who spark interest toward dancing after forced to learn some traditional dance~ she learn various modern and traditional dance later~ an art teacher~
Reading this post is like looking in a mirror, in the sense that everything is reversed. I used to do a lot of art and drawing, and my parents always encouraged me to pursue my art. I always thought they thought I was better than I actually was though, and I decided to go to college for business instead of art. I'm very rusty when it comes to drawing and I have a hard time finding joy in it now. I still wonder if I made the right decision. I think it's only a natural thing to think.
Running big non-profit organizations, doing charity and stuff that impact a lot of people. I've been thinking this since last year, or if it doesn't work, i'll try social entrepreur. (Been doing charity, disaster relief etc. But it's just a small scale organization, i want it to be bigger scale) It's a dream, but hopefully i can achieve it.
Sugar baby. Just kidding kinda, but I'd love to be an Assistant Veterinarian, a Botanist, or a Health/Sex-Ed teacher.
Wth.... I can't remember anything I personally wanted to be... even when I was a kid....my parents were like "Our son will be a Doctor" I was like "yeah okay".... can't say I have ever wanted to be something... not even when I was a kid...
First, I dreamt of being an FA.. then I change my mind and wanted to do an office work like to become a secretary.
