As for Dynasty-Scans, on their forum for the novel the translator said that it's on hiatus but that they don't really care of someone else picks it up. They don't seem to have an intention of being an active translator for the series and regularly releasing updates, saying: "As for updates, they will happen when other projects are done and life allows. There'll be 1.5 chapters before another hiatus." So it seems free for another translator to pick up.
Hopefully someone picks it up, I’ve just finished I Favor The Villainess and now I can’t get enough of Villainess stories!
