I'm not quite sure if it's possible to get recommendations about mangas here instead of novels (maybe it's against the rules?) but umm.. Please recommend me good easy going, slice of life manga. Something like Gokushufudou: The Way of the House Husband, Mr. Villain's Day Off, Gakuen Babysitters, SPY x FAMILY, Papa Wolf and the Puppy. Mainly something that is easy to enjoy, without many complications, won't make you lose a bunch of braincells and make you happy inside. There isn't maybe restrictions. It can be with or without romance, straight or bl, etc. Maybe not horror though (just a genre I don't enjoy personally).
Dad, Bearded Gorilla and I Horimiya Sono Bisque Doll (manga's at chapter 72 or so, and this is enough to google it without the full title)
Yotsuba To! - follows the life of a hyperactive child (manga is better than the description sounds) Food Court de, Mata Ashita - two girls chatting about stuff at a food court Mermaid Princess's Guilty Meal - ... On second thought, never mind Hinamatsuri - It's ... technically slice of life? I guess? Has a very distinct sense of humour Grand Blue - doubt you haven't read this one before but it's slice of life about uni life, technically Isekai Izakaya "Nobu" - incredibly simple premise, if you like seeing people happily eating Wotakoi: Love Is Hard for Otaku - workplace romance
All of them have anime adaptations except the last one: Kimi to Boku Barakamon Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun Daily Life of High School Boys Clear Up After Rain
Some are novels adaptation: Isekai Yururi Kikou Isekai Izakaya Nobu & Gen (Gen's manga only spin-off to Nobu) Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Flying Witch The Man Picked up by the Gods Amanchu & Aria (same mangaka) Tensei Shite Inaka de Slowlife wo Okuritai The Story of a Waitress and Her Customer Yuru Camp Breakwater Club Diary K-ON! Gakuen Babysitter Love so Live Maou-jou de Oyasumi
I'd like to second some recs from other posters as additional seal of approval (as much as it can mean from an internet rando) Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki kun, Grand Blue, Hinamatsuri, Wotakoi: Love is hard for Otaku, Daily life of high school boys.
