Since you said anime, the first things that came to mind were K-On!, Nichijou and Love Live....

for animes this one's are probably gonna be old ones since I haven't watched that many animes that are shoujo or something (I missed quite a lot of animes for the last 2 years coz of pandemic)...

- Minami Kamakura Highschool Girls Cycling Club (it's literally what the title says)
- Matoi the sacred slayer (magical girl stuff..)
- HinaLogi: Luck & Logic (the one where the mc is a girl, tho there is also a first season I think, where mc is a guy)
- Assault Lily Bouquet (a post-apocalypse kinda futuristic anime where girls fights aliens using weapons and stuff)
- Granbelm (similar to assault lily bouquet, just that they fight with mechas and that their enemies are theirselves since they are kinda in some sort of power succession struggle)
- Flip-Flappers (I forgot the whole plot for this one, but I remember it was about a girl who's an experimental specimen and a another girl who was tasked to become her playmate,,)
- O Maidens in Your Savage Season (it's about 4 girls I think, who are members of the literature club and they are all like trying to experience youth and romance in their highschool life).
- The Aquatope on White Sand (an idol girl quits her job coz she wasn't making any progress anymore and instead of going home she runs away into Osaka, ends up working at an aquatic park, and becomes friends with the granddaughter of it's owner).
