No, I don't think I would eat Swan meat if I was a toat.

If it presents itself to me on a platter and I just happen to be ravenously hungry at the time, I might be tempted to take a bite... no guarantees, though; toadying up isn't exactly my regular style.

 

If I was a toad, no.
Swans just aren't in a toads diet. Nor would they eat just random meat just lying around for the most part. They prefer live moving prey because their eyesight is fairly poor. They're also pretty good about not going for stuff they can't swallow.
Depending on the size and species of the toad, small birds may be on the menu, but even new born signets are usually too big to be considered lunch for most species of toad.

Depends on what you mean by toad. Speaking of people, if it is just appearance-based descriptions, (swan= beautiful woman, while toad=ugly man) then yes. Absolutely. Appearance isn't everything, and you can still match as equals in a relationship through other things. However, if being a Toad implies you are implicitly less than the swan on all levels. Things such as status, morality, and ability, probably not. The reason for this is that the total inequality in the lives you practice would inevitably get in the way of any relationship you might have. That's not to say you can't upgrade yourself from a Toad with hard work if you really want a relationship with the swan.

 

as a human I would, heck I'd probably eat the toad too if I was hungry enough. Now if this is in reference to that common saying in stories, not until I had full poison resistance since most of THAT swan meat is poison to everyone including themselves ...

A toad would probably get eaten by the swan. By being a bad toad, the next reincarnation would be a step down the ladder. So no, no swan for toad me.

 

I mean wild swans, most likely taste similar to wild ducks with them having similar diets and all. Wild ducks an acquired taste and that ain't for me.

It defers on species and stuff but I remember it tasting a bit like stringy fish and lambish but it's been many a years since then.
