I dont think i ever finished it? ML is a sick general in a coma, soul is fragmented?, MC was recruited to help ML cause he had the highest match rate after somehow taking a test online. I know that in one of the arcs MC was in an elf world and ML was the elven king/god? o: ML could not trust anyone cause everyone wanted to stabby stab him. recommendations to BL novels with elven setting would also be nice
