chapter 86-100 Spoiler: vacation part 2 Dairy confirmed Rose's location is Trappist-1d (a planet from the Trappist solar system that contain signs of water and similar terrains of Earth). Rose never heard of Trappist-1d before so she was confused. The temple looked more modern than she had thought. Upon entering inside, she couldn't see anyone even after wandering around for a while while calling for people. She saw some books. One gold book caught her eye, and when she read the title, she realized it was the same title of the novel she read back in her world. When she read the first line of the book, it was also the same exact line. She randomly heard a strange voice, got scared and threw the book at the giant translucent blue squid. Rose started screaming at it and it told her its not a squid. It then turned into a human form, a handsome man with blue hair. He introduced himself as the steward of the temple, Estiago. He admit to bringing her to this place but he's not the one who summoned the monsters at the forest. He explained to her they're undead who used the power of the world without need and punished to live forever in pain. Estiago thinks the undead must've showed up because there's an Absolute, since their original goal was to kill the Absolutes to save mankind. Estiago was the one who wrote the book of the "prophecy". Before bringing someone from another dimension, they set up a connection between the two worlds. Kallix was used as a material to draw in the reader and he was also someone with a powerful soul. They had waited 400 years to prep for this in order to deceive the god of her dimension. (Basically they plotted to kidnap someone from another dimension.) Apparently Mauricias also prepared the body Rose was in. Their goal is to resurrect Mauricias and free Isis. They were prepared to bring in a soul that was going to die from another world. It's difficult to get through the high level of surveillance to bring in a living soul. Estiago told her they can help her get back if she helps them resurrect Mauricias, but at this point Rose doesn't think it's a good idea since she's already dead in her former world. They'll think she's Jesus if she was to resurrect from the dead. She's more worried what she's going to tell Kallix since the imperial family is now being suspicious to the temple due to what the 2nd prince had done. Rose told him to prove that he can send her to the realm of the god but he wouldn't. He told her that she should already be grateful she was chosen. All she has to do if use Kallix and change his fate. Kallix was fated to die by the duke after he killed his people and brothers. He told her, she can even try to sit on the throne herself though he knows she wouldn't. Rose agreed to help just so he can release her. He told her that the diary is actually Mauricias. It was created from his last body and Melery was his faithful servant that was trapped inside waiting for the Chosen One for 400 years. She wasn't sure if what he said was really true since the system words didn't seem to be part of Mauricias. When he took the diary, she tried to grab it before he can check on it more. He was able to notice the strange state of the diary but she ran away with it before he can look further into it. He tried to catch her knowing she had done something to the diary. The creature yelled out threats to her saying her life belongs to them. He tried to catch her with his tentacles and she easily cut them with her dagger. Rose is sure that if she's someone who can change fate, then she can just save Kallix on her own without their need. As she swung the dagger, the temple also starts to get translucent. Rose can tell the dagger isn't normal either. When she ran, someone suddenly wrapped his arm around her waist. Aaron then wondered why she was crying. Rose was relieved he didn't die and started to hit him. Somehow Aaron was able to get her out of the temple area. Rose wasn't sure how he did it or found her. He just told her that he was running around and when he reached his hands through some barrier, Rose popped out. Rose told Aaron she wants to go to the capital to find FL. He wondered why she's so obsessed with finding then illigitimate child and joked if she's her first lover. Rose also asked him how to change fate and he told her she needs someone from another dimension and asked her if there's a fate she's trying to change. (At this point Aaron already knows she's not from this world since he knew that temple only shows up for certain people.) Aaron continued to joke if she had saw someone's fate since the Temple of Fate is supposedly around here. Rose continue to kick him. Just then Aaron noticed the dagger she's holding. He was amazed the prince gave something like that to her. It's crafted by the most famous weapon craftsman in the empire and even has a magic stone embedded to it. It's a stone that absorbs enemy's magic power, said to be very expensive. Rose realized why whenever she used it, Kallix would be glaring. She was just using it as a knife to cut just anything, sometimes even to cut cheese when eating. Come to think of it, she never used it for self defense before and had been using it as a kitchen knife. Aaron also started to wonder like Milla, if Rose is in a relationship with Kallix. Rose told him, it's just trust. Aaron wondered if she had looked into the prince's fate. Rose is suspicious how Aaron knows about the temple of fate, or how to fight. He made some excuse that he knew about the temple from his grandfather and fighting from fighting chickens. Rose decided to go head to the capital alone, but Aaron wants to follow her. At Proxis, she met her uncle, Herold Estanya. Rose felt awkward since it's her first time seeing him. When the uncle asked about Aaron, Aaron faked that he's Rose's lover. Her uncle thinks her parents will be happy since it's their anniversary, but she wanted to rush to the capital right now. Then her uncle brought up the rumors he heard thinking she's rushing to the capital because she has a close relationship with the prince. She corrected him. Somehow they won't be able to get a carriage prepared soon for her to head to the capital because they're not well off. It'll take two days. There's nothing she can do for the next two days. Herold and his wife tried to dress well when hosting Rose. Her uncle is trying to raise the ranks of the Estanya through Rose but Rose doesn't want to help him. Even during dinner, she wasn't able to enjoy the food as she was used to the better food from the palace. Also she doesn't want to help him since she believes she'll leave Kallix one day. Thinking about that makes her upset. She recalled the kiss andtried to distract her thoughts. When she was finally alone, she was able to check her diary. When she asked the diary what it is, it answered her that's it's an AI system that automatically appears when illegal movement of soul is detected. When asking about Melery, Melery Estanya is confirmed to have been destroyed for criminal charges of attempting to use Rose. At least it's on her side. Rose found out the she should check on her family tree. There seems to be a connection between the Estanya's and Mauricias. She rushed to find her uncle. He was annoyed with her but Rose didn't care about his mood. She decided to throw in a bait to Herold asking him about the noble connections. Rose looked through the Estanya librarian for more information. The Estanya family would've been destroyed when Raphael Forceman, hero of Chemesis, became the first emperor of Fosnia if not for Melery. The Estanya was a long standing family until Raphael came to their world. Rose compared earth's god to the gods of their world. Her opinions aren't favorable toward the gods of this world as they're like the gods from Greek and Roman mythology they goes around using humans and messing with them. Melery created the body of Rose to help bring Mauricias back to life. Rose wondered what the first emperor was like, if he was to be dragged by Chemesis and forced to help him. On the other hand, she can't just return to the palace right now and have to see FL. Rose had no plans to help Mauricias. Before she had been living with hopes at returning home but she had long realized it was useless. Either side of Mauricias or Chemesis don't look good. She was upset they're dragging innocent bystander such as Kallix into their own fight with each other. She doesn't need them to change destiny. She'll have to meet FL to negotiate. Also Rose realized from the known fate, the duke used FL to kill Kallix, so isn't it better if Kallix doesn't meet FL. She doesn't want them to meet anyway. She also doesn't really want to leave Fosnia as she had gained some affection towards Kallix. Rose was finally able to get the carriage, through threats, to the capital. Aaron went along with her. She was feeling tire since she spent all night researching. She dropped Aaron off at the palace before heading to the duke. She doesn't want to bring Aaron with her to his dismay. Rose wondered if FL is getting abused now. At the duke's place, she asked a knight standing at the entrance for Serena (FL). The knight introduced himself as Elton and told her that FL isn't home, but then Rose cursed, upset FL had ran away from home with money. This wasn't suppose to happen. Spoiler: revealing her secret Back at the palace, Kallix received information from the hybrid beasts he had sent to shaow Aaron. Kallix also found out they were attacked somehow and the beast didn't try to save Rose so he got upset at the beast. Hybrid beasts are less intelligent than humans but smarter than animals and stronger than humans physically. The beast told Kallix that he was only ordered to keep watch of Aaron. Kallix regretted thinking he should've sent an escort as well. The beast told Kallix that the maid was fine and it seemed his existence was caught by Aaron. Kallix hoped Rose doesn't find out about him sending someone to shadow them. The cheetah hybrid beast told Kallix that Aaron doesn't smell human. Just then Rose came trying to enter. Kallix knew it's too late to try to hide. He opened the door for her and immediately she told him that she thinks she should quit her job as his maid. He wondered anxiously if it's because she found out about the shadow, but then he saw her crying so it didn't seem like she wanted to quit being his maid. He slowly wiped her cheek as she then exclaimed out that she's a ghost. Kallix stopped thinking. Rose started to pour out all her secrets to Kallix, that she's from another world sent by Mauricias, and asking him not to kill her. Kallix was flabbergasted. Rose thinks no matter what he would probably try to kill her since Mauricias is like Satan in their world. She showed him the diary to tell him it's a relic of Mauricias. She told him she's already someone involved with Mauricias, so she has to quit her job as his maid. Kallix took her hand as he shook his head and pulled her closer. Rose thinks she'll be in danger with the temple and other imperial family members. He doesn't care and he told her that he will protect her if she stays by his side. She told him that he should be the one getting protected by her since it's her duty. Kallix told her he wanted to protect her. He raised her chin and touched her cheek. She pushed him away and tried to get him to understand their situation. Kallix stepped closer to her and asked her what who happen with the temple if they found out she's connected to Mauricias. Rose haven't thought that far. Kallix told her she can try to run away but that doesn't mean he will let her go. The FL had ran away, but he won't let go of her. Rose thinks it's crazy. Kallix laughed at her expression. He made her sit down to explain herself. He careffuly pulled her to the couch and covered her laps with his jacket. Rose thought she shouldn't get the jacket crumpled since it's expensive. When she asked Kallix if he knows anything about fate, he told her he's weak in theology but he memorized everything from a book. When she peeked inside the book he showed her, the words were so tiny, she began to think his skills are scary. Even so Kallix mentioned he had never heard of a ghost that can be touched. She told him she's a ghost that possessed Rose's body. Kallix said then he'll have to keep the original soul from returning then. Kallix admitted he had sent someone to shadow Aaron so he knew about the undead at the forest. Rose thought he really was acting as a prince sending someone to shadow them since they're suspicious. Kallix got angered at her words and told her that he doesn't care if she's a saint of Mauricias or a ghost, and if he really acting as just a prince, he would've already killed her the minute he found out she's working for Mauricias. Rose knew he would've done that and thanked him for not killing her. He asked her what he is to her. She returned the same question to him. When she asked him why he's keeping her alive, Kallix seemed to panicked at the question. In fact Rose isn't stupid. The minute she knew she's not really in a book, and there's no destiny for Kallix to be with FL, along with all the rumors going around, even she can tell she had changed his fate. The current Kallix is not like the Kallix in the book. Just as Kallix was about to answer who she is to him, Ruel came knocking and bursting into the room informing Kallix the 2nd prince had gone berserk. He also had the same symptoms as the Tamers at Dessat. Rose grabbed the hem of Kallix's clothes and told him she'll go with him. Ruel thinks it's safer for her to remain here. Rose knew she have to stay by Kallix's side to prevent his death from the duke. She will have to keep Kallix safe from the temple too. She took out the necklace he had given her before and put it on him. Then she told him in Korean about the temple she entered at the forest and how she met the priest of fate there and he told her to change his fate to resurrect Mauricias. She attacked the priest with the dagger he gave her and that might've been the reason why the 2nd prince ended up that way. Kallix got upset that she didn't tell him earlier. He told her that she won't be able to retire until after 80. Rose doesn't know if she should feel grateful for this. Then he added that she can't retire after 80 either. Ruel was confused at how she was able to speak some language he had never heard of before. Paladins were surrounding the 2nd prince who is surrounded by dark energy. Rose hid behind Kallix. Rose thinks Mauricias made the 2nd prince like this to warn her. By now Rose knows that she can't run away from Kallix. He would really follow her anywhere. Even FL won't be able to stop him. Kallix asked Rose for her plan and she thinks they might have to go to the elves. The emperor came and put the blame on the temple that they weren't able to crack down on magi and that's why the 2nd prince ended up this way. Kallix also put the blame on the temple. The paladin was upset. Kallix then added, he will take responsibility to lift the curse from his brother. Rose wanted to talk to Kallix about his plan. He told Ruel to leave so they can talk. Ruel looked at Kallix as if he's being absurd. Kallix then forcefully pushed him out himself and told him to go train since it looks like the 1st prince will attack him soon. When Rose asked him isn't it dangerous for him to keep her by his side, he told her that he already knows she's working for him and not Mauricias since she revealed all the secrets easily to him. Besides he feels it's a good thing to have a spirit by his side, and to be fair ghost is more realistic than fairies to him. He had heard of the tale that the temple of fate only allowed special people to enter. When he checked the dagger he gave her, he can tell it's already stored too much mana from her just stabbing the creature. That meant that creature is very powerful since it was able to fill up the magic stone quickly. He's surprised she was able to come out alive. When Kallix asked if she saw his fate, she told him that she did, but she lied about his fate. He can tell she's lying since she had wanted to leave him. She brought up the duke and he immediately knew the duke killed him and started a rebellion. Kallix decided he'll have to kill the duke now. Rose trembled from the bloody words. Rose also brought up using her family to get some nobles to join his side. In the end they also planned to go to the elves. Kallix laughed confidently as he voice out how he'll show Mauricias who dares to touch her. Spoiler: elves part 1 Rose had been thinking about what Milla said. She asked Kallix if he's looking for a crown princess. When he asked her why she asked, she told him that the other two princes are already married and even the 3rd prince has a fiancée. He told her that if he was to get a crown princess, he'll look for the most reliable person. He said it while looking at her which made her think he might not be thinking about her. He touched the tip of her hair and Rose asked wouldn't someone from a powerful family be better, but he just smile mysteriously in response. Ruel came and tried to talk to Kallix and Kallix told him to just say it there. From all the hints, Rose knows Kallix likes her but she's still trying to draw her line. She wondered if what Ruel wants to say is something she can't hear. Kallix told her they're just about militant plans. Kallix is sure the 1st prince will try to kill him at their mission to visit the elven dwelling. He plans to bring only elites with him so he told her to stick with him to remain safe. Rose was surprised he's entering the place himself. Kallix told her that the emperor had entrusted him with the task. Also he's sure Ruel wouldn't try to protect her well. The elites can't enter the dwelling with them since the elves might take it as a raid so it's best he protects her himself. Besides she can use him as an excuse. Kallix will have to pretend to negotiate with them. Even though he's a prince of the imperial family, his mother was deemed a traitor while his father let him keep the crown prince position but didn't care for him. He's always trying to survive assassination attempts. His background story is good to fit into the role of a prince who could turn evil and follow Mauricias. Rose thought it sounds like a villain's story and felt bad for him. She didn't want him to get cursed like the 2nd prince so she told him she'll go alone. He made an annoyed expression at her. She brought up his safety as a prince. Kallix got annoyed and asked if she wants him to be emperor. Maybe he should kill them all. He told her that he trusts her so she should trust him too. It was then Rose thought how someone who isn't a main character can say such cool phrases. Rose felt she can't confidently answer Mila and Aaron now about how she feels about Kallix, as she told Kallix, she trusts him. When she started to cry, he asked her why she's crying. She questioned how he can trust her when she's affiliated with Mauricias and she's not even someone of this world. He reminded her that ghosts are more realistic than fairies. He also told her that he knew she wasn't ordinary since the time at the slave auction house when she threw his glass of wine that was poisoned. An ordinary person wouldn't have stayed by his side either and she was the first to come to him without malice. Rose buried her face into her hands. Rose doesn't know how to treat him. He told her that she can treat him as usual. He told her to stick to him. At that moment he was dressed as a mercenary while she had on a ponytail to keep her hair from being a hindrance. Kallix would have to leave the palace secretly so his brothers won't know he had left. Kallix kept reminding her to stick to him. Kallix carried some test tubes and scrolls with him. They entered a secret passage to leave the palace. They can't use the magic scrolls to teleport while inside the palace since it'll get noticed by the wizards. He then used a test tube to release a shadow. Somewhere Rose can hear the sound of someone falling nearby. Kallix grabbed her waist and then threw a scroll to teleport them. Light emitted and teleported them. Rose asked him what shadow is and he told her they're animal hybrids that humans can tame, and when tamed, they're easy to use since they'll be very loyal, unlike humans. Rose told him he shouldn't be too distrustful of humans but also shouldn't trust humans too much, but she will help him gather more loyal humans once they get back. The coordinates were set to teleport them to the Hamel Mountains, where the elves live. Kallix was proud he had set them correctly. Rose was flabbergasted he wasn't acting fearful at all throughout their operation. Also the place they entered if really dark. When she asked him about it, he wondered why he should be nervous when it's not like she's gone. Besides he thinks the elves are easier opponents than the leviathan. He told her that elves mastered magic so physically they're very weak. All he had to do is use his sword to make them immobile. He laughed crazily. Somehow Rose finds him scarier, but she felt a bit relieved from his overflow of confidence. Rose tried to look for the barrier to the elves' place by smelling the smoke. Kallix was looking at her weirdly and she got embarrassed by it. Rose felt Kallix seemed happier to be out of the palace, like a dog that had gone out for a walk. The deeper they go into the mountains, the more corpses they see. She got scared seeing some glove, which she then belatedly realized it's a hand. She recalled many paladins had died when sent here. Kallix believed the elves may be doing human experiments with magi. Unlike mana, magic is an energy that is hard to control. Rose thought of how that didn't fit the beautiful appearance of the elves and thought to herself that you really can't judge a person with their appearance. Kallix continued to say that the fact they had contaminated the 2nd prince with magi, it meant they're probably going to target the imperial family, especially since it's been 400 years since Fosnia was founded by them. They're the ones that destroyed Revelon. When Revelon was the country, Chemesis was deemed the demon. Rose was surprised at that revelation. Kallix continued to explain that the reason Chemesis was a demon was because Revelon worshiped Mauricias, but when Fosnia took over, Chemesis used the power of light to turn the emperor of revelon into a poppet. This fact was never in the history books. History was written by the winners so it was natural for Mauricias to be treated as evil. Rose asked if he believes in Chemesis. Kallix told her that even if believing, no imperial family had ever loved god except for the temple, but because the country has a strong faith in the temple, it poses a power threat to the imperial family. Kallix doesn't like Mauricias either. As they keep walking further, the fog seemed to get denser. Kallix had been holding Rose's hand the whole time. He had his other hand on his sword ready to attack at any time. Suddenly a huge white castle came into view and elves greeted Rose as the Saint. Luminas came forward to greet Rose. Kallix's expression turned bloody as he remembered him as the elf that kissed her. When Lumina knelt to take her hand to kiss it, Kallix immediately pulled Rose to his side. Another elf got upset and yelled at Kallix for treating their saint that way. All the other elves follow his example. Rose was getting a headache from their situation and wondered if they had not heard she had already attacked the High Priest from the temple of fate. Kallix whispered to her that it seemed they've lived in seclusion from the barriers that their brains also seemed to have been sealed. He smiled and aimed his sword at Luminas. Instantly it went quiet. He reminded them that they're here to negotiate. He knows they wanted Rose, so he grabbed her waist and pulled her to him. The elves tensed up. Rose wondered if they should be doing this. The elder of the elves showed up. Luminas and the elder started to voice some crazy prophecy as if this was all prophesized. Luminas had stalked her before and knew she had entered the temple of fate. The elves believe they're being led by the prophecy to the elves' dwelling so they can help save him. Rose is starting to think they're just making up nonsense. Kallix wondered why he needs to be saved and the elder said his fate is cursed. Kallix laughed at his words, but he let go of Rose. Kallix does realized that he's being brought to enemy camp by his maid so the elves thought she was able to persuade him somehow to side with the enemy even though it's more of a risk for him. Kallix told her to keep the necklace she have on. The elves then parted and revealed a passage to an entrance to an underground place. It reminded Rose of some underground dungeon in a game. She felt scared of it. They all knelt one by one towards the door and started to mutter praises in a different language. Rose stepped closer to Kallix in fear as they seemed like some cult believers in some horror movie. When they screamed out the last words, Rose almost screamed in fear, as vapor came out of the entrance and a skinny female elf with eyes covered came limping out. She grabbed Kallix and turned to Rose. When she tried to reach Rose, kallix grabbed her wrist and asked where she's trying to touch. Somehow she was able to take the mana out from his body and wrapped them in it. It seems she's a forbidden creature, chimera. Kallix lifted his sword and the elder smiled and told them she's Iris's priest. Rose wondered if she's the priest, then what's that creature at the temple. Rose was confused about what chimera is or what is unstable magi, but Kallix continued to question them how he can become emperor. The priest told him that his fate is death, longing, hate, and ruin, as she pointed to him. Instantly his eyes lost focus and Rose wondered what happened to him. She got worried as she checked on his state. The priest told her that she's only showing him his future. She said she's just doing it because of his rude attitude to the saint. (All these elven claims that Kallix is rude to Rose is beginning to annoy me. ) Rose started to question the priest. She's someone who can change fate anyway, so what's the use of prophecy? She's trying to get Kallix to return to his original state. She threatened them to return him since she's someone they need to revive Mauricias, so they should listen to her. The elves around them got embarrassed as they could feel her annoyance. It was then, kallix returned to normal, but not as usual. He must've seen something. She patted his back to calm him down. Rose told them, she will remember their rudeness and the priest tried to say there's a misunderstanding. Rose asked her if they really think she came here as a saint. She told them, she came here as a maid of Kallix. The priest tried to tell Rose that she only showed the truth. Rose won't hear of it and ordered them to take them to a safe place. Fortunately they did brought them to a more comfortable place. Rose was still confused about the priest at the temple. She wondered if she had really killed it and that's why they don't know. Kallix finally woke up from having had passed out before. Rose felt bad for Kallix. It was her fault as she was too careless. The elves would've treated Kallix as an enemy since Revelon was destroyed by the imperial family. Rose was worried what he might've seen since his future was bleak from the prophecies. She knows he's a strong person so he was able to endure it thus far, but somehow this is the first time he was showing a fearful state. Rose was sure what he saw isn't his future anymore since the FL had already ran away and she's still by his side, so maybe what the priest showed wasn't his future but brainwashing magic. Rose started to go crazy trying to guess what he saw. Kallix eventually said he didn't want to die. Rose knew he was shown his previous fate. She told him firmly that he won't die so he shouldn't say anything weak. Kalix looked up at her and Rose continued to tell him that what he saw was all fake. She reminded him they're at Mauricias's lair so obviously they'll show him something bad to make it easier to use him. Kallix asked her if she think he's stupid enough not to know. She questioned him the same thing. Besides he's not even someone who believes faithfully in the gods so why should he listen to them. Also they kept calling her saint and she's not a person of this world. Rose reminded him that his future had nothing to do with him since Mauricias had called her to change his fate. She's the only existence that had nothing to do with this world. Kallix started to question her why she's still following him when she saw his fate and knew of her personality. Rose reminded him she's his person. As for why she's still following him, she's not sure how to answer. Kallix leaned his forehead on her shoulder as he mumbled he doesn't know anything. He hugged her and Rose froze from the sudden intimacy. Kallix told her that he doesn't want to lose anything.

They do marry at the end and he does become emperor after he kills the emperor. His father was possessed by Maurice. They'll find out later on and he'll kill his father. The nobles and temple witnessed the emperor using dark magic so Kallix was able to get away with killing his father, but Rose got the blame by the nobles. The other princes tried to put her down so Kallix won't become next emperor but it was too late already since he was still crown prince when the emperor died and many people witnessed the emperor being evil so it was fine for him to kill the emperor. Later on the temple tried to persuade Rose to become their Saint since Chemesis's saint returns back to Earth. Rose doesn't want to help them since she wants to stay loyal to Kallix. He did fire her from being his maid and make her his empress. She accepted it and she forced the temple to side with Kallix if they wanted her help, but she won't be their Saint because she'll be empress. Since the temple wanted her help, they reluctantly agree to give support to Kallix so in the end the temple also lost power and Maurice never resurrected. Kallix and Rose became emperor and empress. The final thing they dealt with after the emperor was Aaron. He revealed he's a dragon to Rose and tried to kidnap her to make her be with him forever. Dragons live a long life so he wanted to experiment on her to make her live with him for a long time. Kallix obviously didn't allow it. Instead Aaron settled with being satisfied that he can be entertained by their future offspring. So they also got the dragon to side with them. I'll continue the spoilers this weekend.

Well Aaron's feeling toward Rose is different. It's not romantic. What he craves is for a good smart conversational partner to be with him for a long time. Someone from a more advanced world would be more interesting to him than the people of their world so he is obsess with Rose because of that. *** Chapter 101-106 Spoiler: elves part 2 Kallix was shown him losing his love, his friends and family and the person who survived through it all was Trane, the second prince. At the end it was Rose whose hand reached out to him in the darkness. Rose told him that he should go back since they intend to resurrect Mauricias which will lead to a war between the absolutes like what happened 400 years ago. A race was almost annihilated due to their fight. Kallix told her that a god rarely appears to a human. The last time was when Chemesis appeared to the first emperor of Fosnia to destroy Revelon. This time Mauricias appeared before him so Kallix felt it's something important to take note of. According to what Kallix said, they will have to try to stop Mauricias's resurrection. Luminas came knocking on the door wanting to see Rose. Kallix frowned. Rose glanced at him not knowing what to do but they should pretend to follow with their plan to figure how what they're trying to do exactly. Rose let him in and Luminas came in, dressed in fancy clothing. He took a look to see Kallix's condition before apologizing to Rose. He knelt before Rose and told her the elders are preparing to meet her. He gave a displeased look at Kallix before telling Rose that a separate room will be arranged for them. Rose glanced at Kallix remembering he told her not to stay away from him so she told Luminas that she doesn't need it since she's here as Kallix's servant. Luminas wasn't pleased with the response but he couldn't go against it. Luminas and Kallix argue over Rose being saint. Luminas said he would be in charge of escorting the saint while she's here, but Kallix was saying she isn't the saint because she wanted to be one. Luminas said she was chosen by Mauricias. Even so Rose had to prepare to see the elders. They made her wear some white fluttering dress that she finds difficult to put on even if it's pretty. She find the whole process annoying. She's only pretending to cooperate with them. When she came out, Kallix kept staring at her. Rose asked why he was staring and he looked away and told her not to come close to him with that face. Rose waas confused what's wrong with her face. Kallix went to topic as he whispered to her knowing the elves will try to separate them so he had it prepared beforehand. He told her to bite the jewel of her necklace, demonstrating it by rubbing the necklace over her lip, and she'll immediately teleport to Ruel. Rose was upset he only told her that now. When they fed her and ask how she felt about the food, she lied that it fits her taste. In actuality there was no meat and only plants and they tasted terrible. Kallix had told her before that the elves are vegetarian but still she had hoped they would serve her food that fits the human taste. The elder looked displeased at Kallix next to her and then approached Rose to talk to her. He heard she went to the temple of fate so he asked her if she met Estiago (the high priest there that she stabbed). Rose almost choke on her drink when hearing his name. When he asked her what the priest told her. She exaggerated the message and told them that the priest had told her to change Kallix's fate. It's the will of Mauricius. Everyone turned to look at Kallix. She told them he's the most powerful soul. The elves then turned to bow their heads at him. Rose then shamelessly ask them how they plan to resurrect Mauricius. She can feel they all valued her words as a saint. The elder told her that they already knew the saint would appear in this world so they had prepared their best warrior to find her, but the humans caught him when he was in the form of a deer. But even so Luminas was still able to meet her so the elder think it's fate and a blessing from Isis. They told her that when Mauricius is resurrected, Luminas will be her partner. Kallix asked if Rose even asked for that. He couldn't hold it in anymore. The elder and Kallix argued over fate and politics. Kallix reminded them that even if Mauricius is resurrected, they have to deal with other nations as well and not just Chemesis. If Chemesis and Mauricius fought, Fosnia would be in disarray, but they're not the only gods as there's a god in Dessat as well. The elves were too unrealistic thinking that resurrecting Mauricius would resolve all their own issues. Even Rose can see that. The argument would not subside as the elder could not be spoken any sense into him. The only good thing is that the elder at least kept his minimal politeness to Kallix. Kallix started demanding them to start telling them their plan. The elves showed them to the underground temple. Rose didn't want to go but unlike her, Kallix had on a serious expression. Kallix took off his coat to put over Rose's shoulder. She thanked him. Luminas who was following them kept staring. When they reached the end, there's a large door with black jewels decorating it. Kallix whispered to her that there's a strong concentration of magi so she should stick closer to him. She nodded at his words, but she was stunned Kallix can feel magi. The elder said some spell and the door opened. The odor that came out was similar to the leviathan's cave, rotting flesh. The elves had been experimenting with paladins they had captured. Rose was scared of the place as she cling to Kallix's shirt. She can hear the paladins screaming to be released and saved. The elder told them those are the failures. Rose knew they were people contaminated with magi. The elder praised Rose for knowing. Kallix thinks he's being ridiculous since it was so obvious what happens when people are contaminated with magi. The elder tried to switch the subject and showed them the complete experiment. He then smiled as he revealed their actual plans. Mauricius had different plans from Isis and planned to take Kallix's body as his own. When the lid opened, the dark energy flew toward Kallix. The walls and ceiling of the temple began to crumble. The elves surrounded Kallix preventing him from running away. Rose doesn't want to run away leaving him alone there. She thought quickly of a plan to save him with her diary as she recalled that Melery was deemed a criminal by the system so Mauricius should be the same thing given Melery worked for him. She took out her diary and threw it to the air. The magic of the diary swallowed up the dark energy. Rose then asked Kallix if she can stop running away now. Kallix didn't know what to say as he felt embarrassed. Kallix then told the elves that this is how you really plan a trap. He took his sword out and pull out a scroll to throw into the air before cutting it. And after announcing that there are people trying to hurt the imperial family, hundreds of wizards and a group of Dessat tamers appeared. They captured the elves. Kallix told Rose that she had told him to increase his power so he did that. The elder elf tried to use magic to help them escape, but then Kallix told his men to break the barriers and catch them to kill them. Kallix picked up the diary and handed it to Rose. When Rose checked the diary, it showed that only 12% of Mauricius was destroyed. She immediately told Kallix they have to return to the palace. Spoiler: Back at the Palace Back at the palace, demons were taking over. Kallix ordered Ruel to protect Rose as he quickly changed his clothes and left the office. Rose is thinking of what to do since the elves knew she's not siding with Mauricius. Also from what the diary told her, that meant 88% of Mauricius is somewhere else. She will have to stick with Kallix to protect him. She would have to tell Ruel everything to get him to help her so she did, including that she's from another world. She told him that Mauricius is about to be resurrected. Ruel doesn't want to go as he couldn't trust her plan. Rose was upset at him, but she was finally able to convince him she has something that can help them. The three of them later on discussed on increasing Kallix's power. They decided to get the archduke to side with them. The previous archduke was someone who had helped the former emperor win the war against Knox. The former emperor fearing the the archduke's power might grow, drove him up north to the most barren land. He died not so long ago and now his son had taken over. Kallix decided to go up there. He didn't want to bring Rose with him but she reminded him of what happened at the elves place so she told him to stick with her. He told her that should be something he says to her. When she questioned him on that he grew frustrated. Rose told him that she told Ruel everything since Ruel had told her to stick with Kallix to protect him with her diary. Kallix thinks she's crazy. Kallix doesn't really want her to follow him to monster infested places. She told him she can just try to stab the monsters with the dagger, maybe learn some self defense from Ruel, but Kallix wasn't pleased with that part. Instead he called out to the shadow, cheetah hybrid, to reveal himself. Rose remembered him from the last time she saw him and greeted him. The shadow put his close near Rose to sniff her. Kallix struck his forehead to keep him away and told him to protect Rose if he's not there. The shadow was surprised Kallix was telling him to protect her before the owner (Kallix). He told her not to use the dagger and try to do dangerous things next time. Rose was marveling over how the shadow disappeared at will suddenly and Kallix find her strange surprised at the weirdest things. He then wrapped his arm around her waist to tore up a scroll as they head to their destination. Rose realized belatedly that this close touching had became a habitual thing somehow. Spoiler: Northern Tundra Rose showed the imperial seal of Kallix to the guard at the front of the mansion. The guard was surprised someone from the imperial family came. They were led to the parlor by the butler but even this place up far north was being invaded by monsters. Damages can be seen. Rose can feel the cold indoors. Rose wondered if her diary can also defeat monsters since it can purify Kallix, but she can't try it in front of Kallix since she knows he won't allow her. The two bickered as Rose told reminded him not to stay away from her and reminded him to act as a prince. He eventually told her to stop since he understood. Rose can tell he's a bit upset so she sat down and kept quiet. When they met up with Rual, the archduke, Kallix was able to easily convince him to help him by revealing he's the person who owns Arcadion, by showing up with an Arcadion pledge to their allegiance. Also if the 1st prince becomes emperor, he won't allow Rual to advance his power and remain at the barren land. Same with the 2nd prince. The conversation ended more quickly than Rose had thought it would. When they were leaving, Rose asked why he didn't do it before if it was something they could've done so quickly. He shamefully admit to her that he didn't think of it until he saw the archduke's letter and also remembering her telling him to gain more people on his side. Before they teleport back, kallix asked her what she would do for him if he becomes emperor. Rose thinks he's being ridiculous since it's not as if he has to become emperor. He can just run away since there's only one continent in this world. Kallix was confused. It was then Rose realized there's only Fosnia and Dessat in the world map. Kallix wondered if she's asking him to run away with her. Of course Rose agreed it'll be with her since she has to keep him protected from magi. Kallix then grabbed her waist and they started to teleport again. Somehow amidst the light surrounding them, his ears were burning.
Actually getting the lost of motivation to give out more detailed spoilers for this since it's not a novel I would want to reread so here goes light summarization from this on forward. Chapter 107-130 Spoiler: 107-110 Rose and Ruel believed Kallix's next step would be to go to the temple. Rose praised Kallix to give him motivation. The day before they head to the temple, Rose sneaked out with Ruel to test with her diary can defeat monsters. It worked. In fact the monsters were also fragments of Mauricias so she was able to increase the percentage but by very little. She told Ruel to keep it a secret from Kallix but told Kallix herself later on. Kallix was upset that she put herself in danger but she was glad to have tested it. Of course while she was explaining her experiment to Kallix, he was upset but couldn't hurt her so he just grab Ruel instead to shake him up for allowing Rose. Ruel called her for help but Rose only left and went to grab lunch. Kallix went to see the emperor. Rose who is his direct maid, followed along. The emperor told him to go see the pope to deal with the mosnters. They went to see the pope. Rose doesn't trust the pope either as it's the same "divine power" as Mauricias. She planned to throw the book at him if he tries to brainwash Kallix. Someone came and yell out to protect the pope as a meteorite came crashing through. Kallix yelled to her not to approach him. The meteorite fell in between them. Rose rushed to him and used her sweater to cover his nose to protect him from the smoke. He got mad at her not prioritizing herself so he ripped her sweater to cover her nose as well. He told her to cover her eyes as he picked up a paladin's sword nearby. Rose turned pale seeing the dead paladin that was killed by the meteorite. Kallix got upset at her since he had told her to cover her eyes. More meteorites fell. Dust from the meteorite got to them. Kallix was coughing out blood from it. Rose tried to put the necklace around his neck to make him bite it and teleport to Ruel. He wouldn't though. The meteorite did stop somehow and they think the person doing it ran out of mana. A brunette lady standing nearby caught Rose's eye. She had stabbed Kallix. Rose hurried to grab a potion in her bag to save Kallix. The woman told her to stop, but instead Rose grabbed the woman's hair and the woman started cursing at her in Korean. Rose recalled her as the woman she had seen before who tried to kill Kallix with an arrow (at the auction). That woman was saying that Rose is the same as her and that Kallix will eventually kill her. A man in fancy clothing came and grabbed Rose's hand to release her from the woman. Rose stood defensively in front of Kallix. Luckily, the potion had taken into effect and she can hear his faint breathing. The man noticed he's still alive and tried to get to him, but the woman told him (Kale) to stop. They left after the woman agreed to meet her next time. The temple still burning, Kallix barely standing. Rose tried to get him to bite the necklace again. He spit it from his mouth. They were able to return back to the palace somehow. Rose got a letter in Korean from the woman to meet secretly. Rose think she's the FL who had suddenly disappeared. She doesn't know why she burned the temple though. Rose called to the shadow but he won't appear since he was ordered not to enter her room but she kept telling him that she allowed it. Shadow showed up and she found out his name is Martin. Rose bribed Martin with 4 hens so he will keep this a secret from Kallix. Spoiler: 111-120 Rose was all prepare to go out. She rode on martin's back and just as he jumped out the window, the room next to her, Kallix had looked out the window and saw her. Needless to say he screamed out her name as she tried to apologize to him. Rose told Martin to keep running. She can only hope Martin runs faster than Kallix. When she arrived to the place to meet the woman, the woman acted all friendly to her. She thought Rose was brought over by Chemesis as well. Rose was upset at the constant questioning of the woman who didn't even reveal anything about herself so Rose told her that shouldn't she disclose her identity first before even saying anything. The woman felt embarrassed started to reveal that she was brought over by Chemesis who destroyed the real Selena's soul. She was reading the novel in her room right before she transmigrated. Rose realized that the woman isn't truly dead then. The woman can sense her own body in the hospital in the other world. The woman was forcibly pulled into the current world by Chemesis, unlike Rose who is already dead on Earth and Mauricias had prepared for it for 400 years. Rose agreed to tell her side of the story but her goal is different from the woman's since she's on Kallix's side. Salena was confused why she would want to help the tyrant. Rose said she's still alive. When she returned back to the palace, Kallix was clearly upset at her. She was able to get Selena to side with her. She also learned that Salena's real name is Kim Hye-sung. They both know that both Mauricias and Chemesis aren't good. Apparently Chemesis was able to drag her into this world because he had some connection with the god in charge of Earth. Rose won't confess to Kallix the deal she made with Salena though but he can easily tell when she lies so he knew she met with Salena. Kallix revealed that he had heard the two talked in Korean cause at that time he had her necklace around his neck so he was able to understand Korean. Kallix had her pinned to the wall while playing with her hair as he explained what he think happened. He got it all right though. Rose eventually told him that she didn't tell him since he had said he will kill Salena before, but he didn't tell her that. It was Ruel who told her. They're worried that if he kills Salena they would lose the temple's side. Regardless Kallix won't let her go anywhere since it's dangerous outside. They bickered over him suppressing her freedom. Eventually even Ruel got into the argument. Somehow he ended up being more on Kallix's side for some reason as he gave Kallix the advice to fire her as his maid and just stick her to his side since she's already from a noble family, it's fine. To Ruel it's better than Kallix having rumors of having a maid as a mistress. Rose on the other hand already knows Kallix likes her but she doesn't really wish to marry this early since the average in her world is 28 when marrying, and currently Rose is 19. Ruel is annoyed with the rumors and he's sure if she brings up dating Aaron rumors again, no one will believe it this time. The whole time Kallix stayed silent, so Rose sighed and asked for him to say something. Seems the only thing he's concerned about is marrying at 28. Rose buried her face in her hands and Ruel called him crazy. Rose keep doing her job as his bedroom maid cleaning his bedroom. Kallix almost forget she's his maid. Ruel doesn't think Rose can run away either since Kallix will surely tear down her walls. Rose tried to imagine it. Even though Kallix had been cute lately, his personality is pretty violent so she can see that happening. She went to Aaron to ask for Milla but someone sneak a note to her from the 1st prince trying to meet up with her. Rose realized there's still spies around so she went to inform Kallix. He seemed more upset and worried about other things than what she's trying to bring up. So Kallix asked her how she feels about him. Rose told him that he's her priority but Kallix doesn't believe her since he thinks she's trying to work with Salena to return back to Earth. Rose told him that she had nowhere to go but by his side anyway so he can trust she won't leave him. He hugged her but then Rose brought up the note again. Kallix can only reluctantly try to focus on the task at hand. Kallix was feeling depressed that he's not feeling confident in being able to protect her since he has so many enemies. Rose doesn't think she needs his protection. If anything, he needs her more since she's a creature rarer than a dragon they can defeat the 1st prince together. He hugged her again and asked if she's really going to marry at 28. Rose told him to stop talking nonsense and get to work. She laughed at him when he cursed, thinking it's cute. Kallix read the note several times and spit out many colorful curses that Rose had never even heard before. She told him to do it in moderation. He turned red and apologized. Eventually Kallix quiet down as he realized that the more he talks, the less appealing he is so he focused on his work. Rose decided she will meet up with the 1st prince. Rose met up with the 1st prince, but Kallix was brought along which infuriated the 1st prince. The 1st prince and Kallix argued. The 1st prince mocked Kallix for being the son of the traitor. Kallix warned the 1st prince if he touch his people, he will not keep up his princely attitude towards him. With that said, he immediately threw a dagger at Caleb, one of the 1st prince's men. Kallix tries to raise the name of Rose's family for her to become empress. Somehow he met up with Aaron who revealed his identity to Kallix that he's a dragon who killed the real Aaron 5 years ago. He wanted to kill Kallix since he's the person Rose loves, but Rose is smart so she'll probably find out he killed Kallix later on. Kallix want to hide his injury so Rose won't find out. 'Aaron' seemed to hate humans and other absolutes like the gods. He calls Rose an alien that belongs to him. He was happy when he saw Rose could enter the temple of fate which he couldn't enter. Also she killed the high priest there. Kallix can tell rose is in danger since dragons who can live a long time would run wild for fun. He has to protect Rose from the dragon who kept claiming Rose is his. The dragon was surprised Kallix can survive him. Kallix had devour a bunch of crystal stones at the Leviathan's cave before to strengthen himself. The dragon told Kallix that if Rose didn't showed up, he would probably have more fun with him. When Kallix asked him what he will do with Rose, the dragon tells him that he would have to increase her lifespan first since humans die too fast. Kallix tries to persuade to the dragon that the existence of Rose is dangerous for him so he won't obsess over her. He even try to appeal to the dragon that he's more interesting but the dragon didn't buy it since what the dragon covets is her knowledge from the other world. So Earth is considered a higher dimension to the gods as it's a world that doesn't need the intervention of its god. The dragon revealed to Kallix that Raphael (first emperor of Fosnia) was an alien. Unlike Raphael though, Rose doesn't believe in god thus did not follow any bidding of any gods. Raphael remained loyal to Chemesis. The dragon made a deal with Kallix. Kallix told Rose he will have to go see the temple. He won't tell her why though. All he can say is because she's the most important to him. He did help her set up a way to meet up with Selena secretly. Rose went to talk to Selena. The temple realized she's betraying them so they left her stranded. They're going to try to go to Rose for help since they don't know she was summoned by Mauricias. Rose showed her the diary. When Selena opened the diary, it revealed that they have to kill the emperor since Mauricius possessed the emperor. Rose asked her to help Kallix become emperor and she will give her the diary to return back to Earth. When asked about herself, Rose told her that she's already dead so there's no point for her. Selena apologized for bringing it up to Rose but Rose told her she had long given up already. She wanted to cry for missing her family but she already accepted it. Lee Chae-rin had died but she can continue to live as Rose. Kallix told Rose that he will really break down her walls now. She think he's crazy. Kallix was holding her cheeks and checking her eyes having seen that she had cried. He was upset thinking Selena made her cried. He thinks she should always be happy unlike him. She said she doesn't think she can be happy if he's not happy so. She kissed him on the lips and he froze. But then he kissed her back and asked how he can give her up if she's like this, so Kallix became more determined. They kissed more deeply after that. Kallix told her to stay by his side since he will try to protect her. He ended up crying and Rose hugged him. Rose told him not to cry in front of others. He asked if she's jealous. She didn't respond. Somehow Kallix meet up more with the temple after that and he won't ever tell Rose why. Rose doesn't want to tell him he may have to kill his father since he thought he would feel guilty over it. Rose also meet up with Selena often. Selena had seen the word Trappist-1d before. It's one of the planets that looked like Earth but was said to be unsuitable for life. Unlike earth, the planet relies on the absolutes power for life. Selena also revealed that she was a science major on Earth so she was more knowledgeable in biology, how humans on Earth are a bit different compared to humans here even though for the most part they're similar. Also Selena ran away from the duke's home to meet with the temple herself in hopes to gain power to face the prince since at that time her goal was to kill Kallix. Rose is trying to get Milla's help but Kallix won't let her go. He was pulling puppy dog eyes at her when she won't rely on him for help. Eventually Rose told him she need to gather more people to be under her so she need Milla to help her with that. Kallix reluctantly released his arms from her waist. Rose asked if he can open the storage in his room for her. He asked her how she knew of the secret storage. Aaron told her but she pretended Ruel did. He didn't buy her lie. She brought up when he gave her sap. Someone had told her about the sap and that person knew about it. Spoiler: 121-130 So the sap makes people tell the truth. Milla brought Rose 5 people to work under her. Rose fed the people sap to make sure they're trustworthy. Apparently they were servants that admire Rose and even started to openly praise her because of the sap. Rose asked him for money. Kallix cannot believe how brazen she is but she wanted money to increase her family name so she's helping him make herself become his empress. Kallix wondered if people in her world are like this, or if she was from a powerful family on Earth. She told her that where she's from the country doesn't have a monarchy. She took administrative classes and not studies on royal succession. Eventually he asked her how much she needs and when she wondered how much he can give her, he said as much as she needs. He would even give her the country if she wants it. She started to worry and tell him to do it in moderation. Kallix then told her that her face is red. She covered his mouth with her hands. When he laughed at her. she glared at him. Kallix asked her why she's upset when she had mentioned she wanted him to be happy so he laughed because he was happy. Also he reminded her that he heard her say she will be the empress. He locked her in his arms and Rose tried to escape, embarrassed. While Rose was trying to write out a plan to increase her family name, Kallix came up from behind her and embraced her. He told her that he had sent the baron to Dessat to increase the trade with Dessat as a way to gain honor. Rose doesn't want her extended family to be too powerful though. What she also needed is her own power. She can't have her uncle run wild power hungry since he's the type to do that. Kallix carried her to bed and told her that she will make him a successor. She rebuked him for twisting his words and tried to tell him not to trust the emperor since the emperor had lied to them about the pope so when he goes meet the emperor, he should be careful. She gave him the diary to protect himself. Rose still thought Kallix would care if he has to kill his own father, but Kallix never even called the emperor his father so he doesn't have a close relationship with him. He then told Rose that in order to survive in the palace she has to choose her means and methods carefully, not to dwell on emotions, and not to trust outsiders. He was kissing her face as he did it, but Rose asked him who said that and he told her, his mother did. (They don't know this yet but his mother actually wasn't a traitor but betrayed by the emperor. She had a lover but the emperor needed her to breed a son with great blood so he forced her to give birth to a son to him and he will let her go but he didn't. Instead he killed the her and lied she's a traitor.) Kallix was discussion restoration with his people, the knights and wizards of Arcadion. Arcadion wizards, just like Kallix's knights, consisted of commoners. It was rare as usually only nobles were able to learn magic. It requires a large amount of funding but Kallix had no prejudice when hiring talents. the 2nd empress showed up begging for Kallix's help for her son, the 2nd prince. He's trapped in the dungeon since he's infected by magi. Kallix laughed at her and asked her why she didn't ask the emperor for help. The empress said she will help support him to become emperor if he helps her son. Kallix scoffed at her and threw the evidence to her, evidence where the 2nd prince did black magic during the hunt in attempts to kill Kallix. He told her he would only help her if she give him her family's power. Kallix watched Rose slept. He recalled the conversation with the dragon about why the imperial body was superior to other humans. The reason is because they're descendants of an alien, so their bodies had always been born stronger than the typical human. Raphael's body was created by absolute as a warrior's body. Kallix believes Mauricius wants his body and not Rose. Rose slept soundly as Kallix just talks and kiss her sleeping self. Kallix gave her so much money that she was able to raise the family name by doing good deeds, using the funding for charity. Needless to say her uncle was very pleased as well. Rose tried to feed Martin a cookie but he wasn't too happy. He's been scare of Kallix since that day. Even when she gave Martin 10 hens instead of 4, he was upset. He finally felt a bit better after also getting some bacon, but then Kallix apparently told him not to get bribed with food by Rose since she's training him like a dog. Rose realized her plan isn't working so she dropped the cookie. Aaron try to came in. Martin tried to prevent him from entering since he can't let other humans in. It's been over a week since Aaron last saw Rose so he wanted to see her. Rose asked him some questions about herself to make sure he's really Aaron. He answered them right and she went to see him. Martin tried to run into Aaron with a sword, but then the sword shattered and what stood before Rose was a dragon grabbing Martin in the face. Martin was struggling in the air. Rose felt fear and told him to stop. The dragon then threw Martin away. Rose worried for Martin but the dragon told her that he didn't kill him. Martin called out weakly for Rose to run away. Rose knew she should run but she can't just leave Martin there. He managed to fall and Rose bit the necklace to escape. The dragon cursed out at the prince while yelling out Rose is his. When Rose regained consciousness she realized she was somewhere else. Somehow she appeared in front of the emperor. Rose was confused how she was dealing with Aaron and ended up in front of the emperor. It seemed the necklace wasn't working properly. She has to escape or Kallix might be in trouble. The emperor was upset that Rose was attached to his son and not Mauricias. He wanted to kill her but can't since Mauricias needs her to seal the dragon. The emperor was screaming out things that confused Rose. She wondered if he had gone crazy cause of Mauricias. He was saying how he wanted to see Kallix struggle cause he lost her due to him. Rose was about to stab him with the dagger but she stopped herself since she felt if he killed Kallix's father she won't be able to be with him. On the other hand, Kallix went to Selena to bind the dragon. He could ask Rose to do it but he didn't want to hurt her. The dragon had set a curse on Kallix's heart so he wants Selena to do the same using the diary as help. Selena doesn't trust him since that last person she trusted, Kale, betrayed her. Basically Kallix has set a deal with the dragon that once Rose knows of the dragon's identity, Kallix will die. He can't die since he has to protect Rose. He also knows Selena's body knows magic since her body is from the duke's family which is well known for their magic. Selena told him that Mauricias is in the emperor right now. Rose had kept that a secret from him. Kallix pretended not to be worried about that information. Mauricias isn't his only problem either since Chemesis will try to get Rose as well. Afterward he immediately can tell the dragon knew something something was amiss. Also the Arcadion wizards came to tell him Rose disappeared. Kallix ordered them to block all magic in the palace right now. He ran to her room and saw Martin was out cold. Ruel came to warn him monsters are heading towards the palace. Kallix then knew Mauricias had taken her. Kallix went to see the emperor. Dark energy was surrounding the palace. Kallix told him to release Rose and take his body. The emperor tried to attack Kallix with dark energy but luckily he had the diary with him so he struck the diary instead. Rose was glad Kallix brought it with him. She pulled out her dagger to cut off the magi that's binding her. Somehow the emperor caught sight of Rose and threw her toward Kallix but when he tried to catch her, instead the magi formed into a cage above Kallix. He tried to reach for her but couldn't. He kept begging the emperor to release her. The emperor laughed and told Kallix it reminded him of the day his mother died. This was when he revealed that Kallix's mother can't even do magic so it was fake that she was deemed a traitor who used dark magic, but all the nobles and commoners believed him. The emperor had made a deal with her that he would release her if she gives birth to a successor for him. She did that by giving birth to Kallix but he wouldn't release her since he was upset she loved someone else. Instead the emperor blamed Kallix for his mother wanting to leave the emperor. The emperor told Kallix that if he wasn't born, the empress wouldn't have died. Rose was able to cut magic easily. It was like when she was cutting the tentacles of the high priest at the temple of fate. She finally managed to free herself and she ran to pull Kallix away from being stunned. He regained focus as he wrapped around her waist and ran to the side before the ground collapsed as the magi try to struck them. Rose yelled at him to get the diary. The emperor noticed and started to attack everywhere crazily. Kallix screamed out to the knights and wizards to protect the women and children in the palace. Rose tried to find the diary. Kallix told her to escape. She got upset and grabbed his hair and shook his head and yelled at him to find the diary. She managed to find the diary but couldn't get it. People around had already noticed the emperor was cursed. Kallix revealed to her that he knows he have to kill the emperor to kill Mauricias. He told her not to think too much about it and Ruel will be there soon. He kissed her forehead before telling her that he sealed the dragon. When he left to go kill the emperor, Ruel came. Rose told Ruel to help her find the diary again. Ruel ordered the rest of the knights to protect Rose as she went to look. Elves were there chanting out spells to stop them. The knights went to attack the elves. She managed to get her diary and she ran to help Kallix. The emperor who noticed she has the diary, switched his focus to attack Rose. Rose prepared her dagger, but then Kallix screamed out and magic circles appeared below the emperor trying to bind him. It wasn't enough though. Rose threw the dagger blindly at him. The emperor cursed her out for betraying him. Rose held out her diary with her eyes closed as she's left without other weapons. But nothing happened. When she opened her eyes, she noticed Kallix was covered in his father's blood. There was no hesitation for Kallix when he had to choose if he should kill his father or not. Rose was much more important to him. The only thing he couldn't understand was how at his father's death, his eyes that turned back to red, like his eyes, apologized to Kallix. Kallix couldn't understand how he could apologize now when he did all those things to his mother and right now, the things he had done to Rose. He does remember the man who was with his mother. Kallis was angry at the emperor for trying to call out his mother's name before he dies. He kept stabbing the emperor as he realizes everything. It was Rose who stopped him. Rose tried to wipe his bloody hands with the hem of her shirt. Ruel had tried to stop her from approaching Kallix but couldn't. When she had stopped Kallix, he buried into her and cried and begged her to love him. Rose hugged him and wiped the blood off his face with her hand and kissed him. She then, told him, his words are strange since she already loves him. She wiped his tears ad continue to stroke the back of his head while embracing him. Rose told him that she will be by his side, even if he's in the gutter, she'll roll in the gutter with him. He mumbled who wanted that but he continued to cling to her. Rose laughed and pretended to be okay.
Rose is pregnant. Chapter 131-151 Spoiler: 131-140 Because everyone had saw the emperor being possessed by Mauricias, they can't blame Kallix for killing him. Instead everyone starts blaming Rose as the witch who was able to bewitch Kallix into killing his own father. Kallix topped them from saying more. It was the Duke who was behind it. Kallix rebuked the duke saying that when the palace was being attacked, it was Rose who helped him and not the duke so the duke had no say in this. He's going to be crowned tomorrow anyway and if anyone wants to refute it, it'll be treason. Milla tried to comfort Rose with some tea. Aaron had been missing. It was said he had died from the raid. Rose can't sit still since she knows the 1st prince's side will try to make her out to be a witch. Rose decided to have Milla create some rumors. She knows it's natural for Duke Tianel to side with the 1st prince since the mother of the 1st prince is the sister of the duke. So Rose is going to make the stable manager be their mascot hero to support Kallix because he has a nice face and quite popular. While Rose is fixing Kallix's hair that night, he apologized to her for being weak. She comforted him and he hugged her tightly as he asked her to call his name. She did and he tightened his embrace and swallow her lips. When she released herself off him, she told him her Korean name and told him to repeat after her. He said her name and Rose told him it's fine if he calls her 'Rose' too. As she looked at his expression, she asked him if he'll be responsible if she woke up late. He said he will. He immediately flipped her over and that night she couldn't sleep. They couldn't even have a formal crowning ceremony set for Kallix as the palace was in a broken state. Ruel accidentally told Rose that Kallix was going to propose to her. He told her to keep it a secret. Rose decided to just go along with the marriage since they're in his world anyway so as they say 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do.' The day of the crowning ceremony, Rose was led to the training hall instead of the garden where the ceremony takes place. Apparently the 1st prince is attempting to kidnap her. They had the baron help them since people know she's not close with the baron. They knew about the attempted kidnapping plan beforehand and had her wear a fancy dress to make it more dramatic. When Kallix goes to save her and get his life threatened, she will save him and as a result people can't be against her being empress as she's the woman who saved the emperor. Kallix and Ruel's plan didn't work out well as their carriage was approached by the temple people while being "kidnapped". While her knights were able to disarm them, Rose allow herself to speak with the pope . Rose was surprised to see a new pope who is around her age. He was also crazily good looking. The new pope introduced himself as Fabian and got embarrassed as he told her that the last pope died from the palace attack. Seria remember the name Fabian from her diary. The pope then knelt before her and smiled as he told her that he had came to see her and called her saint. Rose thought they've gone crazy. She tried to hold in her anger as Fabian tried to tell her that she has to help them since she has the power to change fate. Ruel tried to intervene but the pope told him he doesn't have the right to. The paladins also came and they went offensive with each other. Ruel and Rose decided to change the plan on the spot and they're heading to the palace to see Kallix. The pope kept insisting Rose is the saint chosen by Chemesis despite Rose trying to say she's someone siding with Kallix. She was able to get the pope to agree to see Kallix. Rose finds it uncomfortable when he kissed the back of her hand and tried to separate her from Ruel. The princess of Dessat had taken the throne some time ago and Kallix is feeling more confident. He knows how much Rose had given up to be with him so he's going to make sure the future is well for her. He's even determined to follow the fate of killing his brothers if it'll give them a more peaceful future. During the ceremony, the 1st prince's mother tried to dissuade the crowning ceremony from happening. Before anything can even happen further, the pope showed up with Rose. Kallix was worried since the temple wasn't suppose to show its powers now. Nothing was going as he had planned. Also why was Rose with the pope? But Fabian instead sided with Kallix as he proclaimed Kallix as the hero who killed Mauricias and saved the world. Kallix realized Rose was the one who brought the pope here to help him. He couldn't even kill his brother at this point. When the pope still kept calling Rose saint, she went and held Kallix's hands and told him that she can't be saint since she's going to marry Kallix soon while she kept looking at her stomach (she's pretending to be pregnant to show her and Kallix are in that sort of relationship already). Kallix kissed her hand as he affirmed what she said. The pope wasn't happy, but Rose said she can only cooperate with him. Rose pretended to act faint and Kallix held her as he told Fabian that she's going to be empress so she can't be the saint. When they're alone in the bedroom together, she started hitting him while crying, upset that he was trying to resolve things himself. Rose asked him what else he's hiding from her. Kallix told her that he's going to capture the dragon. He also admit to Rose he had knew Aaron was a dragon since he placed a shadow on him. He's trying to copy the curse he has in his heart that the dragon placed on him and imitate it to make that dragon his slave. He told her to stop crying and trust him. They hugged as the issue got resolved. Rose told him about the name Fabian she saw in the diary. When she did a search on Chemesis with her diary, he was deemed missing. Kallix took her to his bookshelves and when activating a shelf, it led to a place with a portal that leads to Arcadion. Arcadion was a space filled with wizards, documents and objects. They all greeted Kallix politely when he showed up. Rose marveled at all the magic and relics being showcased. When Kallix asked if her world really had no magic, she nodded her head. He was curious how that's even possible. She wasn't sure how to explain it since she didn't major in science but she'll try to explain to the best of her ability about her world to him. Kallix tried to take off his shirt. Rose thought he was trying to strip so she immediately tried to cover with up with a blanket. He was only trying to explain to her that he also wants to place slave contract between him and her with him as her slave so whenever she thinks about him, he will appear in order to protect her. The magic circle will be placed on his back. It's meant to replace the necklace she had before as protection since the necklace got destroyed by Mauricias. The wizards took some of Rose's blood for the spell. Kallix who was watching trembled as he didn't want to see her hurt. Rose was going to tell him to stay still but didn't since he had stayed quiet. Kallix kept hugging her while the wizards were drawing the magic circle on his back. She felt embarrassed. Rose is uncomfortable with having a slave contract with him but he doesn't care. They only have each other anyway. Kallix then proposed to her with rings. He put the larger ring on his own finger without hesitation. Rose told him to put it on her finger too and he did. Rose cried as she recalled her old family and friends and told Kallix that she really only have him so Kallix better stay by her side. He promised he will and he won't die as he plans to make the dragon the slave to the country for life. Apparently the dragon is sealed currently. Mauricias had sealed the dragon before for trying to covet Rose. The seal was said to be broken in 2-3 weeks. Kallix is trying to make Rose his empress before the dragon wakes up since he's going to try to kidnap Rose. It wouldn't make sense for an emperor to lead a troop to save some maid from a baron family so he had to make her his empress earlier. When Rose made her social debut, everyone ignored her and gossiped about her on the side. Only the duke's eldest daughter, Rosia Tianel, approached Rose. Rose wasn't sure why she didn't get imprisoned with the rest of her family. She knelt down to Rose as she begged Rose to help her release her brother since her brother is innocent. In the original Rosia was the first daughter the duke had pushed to be engaged with the Kallix but it didn't work out as his violent appearance quickly broke the engagement and Selena was pushed to take her spot. Spoiler: 141-151 Rose brought it up to Kallix. She told Kallix that it seemed Rosia was able to steal an invitation to her debut since she wasn't invited in the first place. Rose told him that she pretended to be a saintly character by listening to Rosia. Rose said they should also meet up with the pope since they wil have to see him for their marriage. When she brought up marriage, he blushed and Rose wondered why he started being all shy when he often speaks more dirty than that, even with last night. Kallix tried to cover her mouth as she was going to sprout out what he said to her last night. On a certain day in a carriage, Rose was reading a report handed by Linda, one of Milla's people. Kallix stoked her head with both hands at he praised her that she is someone who can live well anywhere. Rose told him that she originally find political science interesting as she kept going on about corruption and public opinion. She told him, she will use all her knowledge to help him. He grabbed her waist and started listing all the things he's thankful of her. She kept gazing at his face and thinking he's definitely handsome. Kallix pouted and told her to listen to him, not stare at his face. She told him she is listening. He picked her up and seated her on his lap. She told him they have 20 minutes to reach the temple. They kissed. Kallix thinks the pope took on a young and handsome appearance to try to seduce Rose, just like how Mauricias had placed Luminas, who is handsome as well, to be Rose's partner, so Chemesis tried to do the same with Fabian. Kallix was annoyed with it and said he have to show them she's his. Rose had no idea what he's plotting to show his ownership of her but she just nodded her head in agreement. He relieved himself by kissing her more. So for the next 20 minutes they did just that. When they arrived, they continued to stick close to each other to everyone else's rotten expression. The pope who had been waiting for them greeted Rose first and only nodded his head to Kallix after. When he looked at Kallix, his expression was sour, but when he turns to see Rose, he would be in smiles. Kallix wants to rush the marriage to 3 days. The pope really needs Rose's help so Rose has the upper hand in what she wish for. There's another alien who is trying to kill Chemesis. They wanted her to help them. Rose pretended she doesn't know about the other alien but she doesn't see anything drastic about having to help them. Rose and Kallix acted mushy couples to make the pope displeased. Kallix brought up that they can focus on the temple matters after their wedding. He also gave a warning to the pope not to touch his people or he might just kill Chemesis like he did with Mauricias. He's willing to keep a friendly relationship though. The pope really wanted Rose's help so he decided to start prepare for their wedding ceremony the next day. Kallix had a servant brought out 10 copies of the contract just to be on the safe side. Rose and Kallix had prepped them beforehand. Kallix got permission from the pope to also see his brother. When they left the pope, Kallix thinks the new pope is smarter. Rose thinks he's stupid since he just signed without reading the contracts. Even so he would've would've probably kill him if something goes wrong. Rose told him to make his words prettier, but he's not sure how to do that. She corrected herself and told him she'll just filter it out for him since there's some charm to his vulgar speech. He bit his lip as his ears turned red. Rose thinks he's strange to be ashamed at such weird situations. He told her to tell him that only when they're alone. She asked him if he's suppressing her freedom. He started to turn red all the way. A priest distracted them and guide them to the dungeon. Before Kallix went in, Rose reminded him not to be soft with his brother. Kallix told her not to worry and he's going to kill them anyway. Rose knew from the prophecy. After Kallix went in alone, Rose covered her face with both hands as she thought how cute he is. The other people in prison including the 3rd prince all begged Rose to help release them. Kallix came out immediately, 5 minutes later. Rose told him they should get back to the palace since he has a lot of work left to do. He swallowed his saliva. Rose wasn't sure why there's a strange expression from him. When she asked what he thought, he wouldn't say. Rose and Kallix went to meet Selena (Hyesung) and the head of the magic tower (Mr.Comet). When she saw Kallix she frowned and whispered to Rose asking what's so good about that shameless guy. Kallix who somehow understood her, called her rude. Rose looked at him in amazement. He even made some excuse that he'll be her husband soon. Rose tried to save his pride and didn't rebuke him. The head of the magic tower knew Rose read his book from the imperial library before. It was a banned book about fate. Rose gave Selena her diary. She placed it in a box and pretended it's a painting gift to commemorate her own wedding. She pretended there's a Korean custom where the person marrying can return a gift to someone special. Selena didn't reveal the diary and kept it in the box. Afterwards, Kallix stared with a pouty look. Rose unsure what's going on tried sighed and tried to sooth him. She asked him what's wrong. He asked her if Selena is special. Rose tried to make him explain himself. He started to blush and as he held the hem of her shirt and told her 'only me'. Rose frowned annoyed, still not understanding him, so he exclaimed out that she can only call him that way. Rose stopped him from saying more as even she can tell Kallix is being embarrassed at himself. Kallix told her he knows he's being childish and she laughed. He mumbled to her not to laugh at him. She teased him some more. He wanted her to call him by his name and when she teasingly asked about it, he didn't answer. When she noticed his red ears, she touched them and he told her to stop since it tickles. Rose asked him how he knew what she said in Korean. He revealed to her that their wedding rings have language conversion magic, like the one from her previous necklace so now he can understand her language. He then kissed her ear while she stared at his ring thinking he's uselessly romantic. Kallix brought up the names again and she reminded him that he never answered her, besides she doesn't want it to become a habit since whenever she calls his name, he gets all excited. Kallix tried to protest as his face turn all shades of color. Rose thought he's funny to eat, but then she realized she is really hungry again. Lately she had been hungrier than usual. Kallix gave her an odd look at asked when her last menstrual was. She told him last month. Rose told him to explain properly. He told her that he felt mana similar to himself in her stomach. Rose knew what that meant but she couldn't believe it. Their wedding is soon and they still have to deal with the dragon. Rose was prepare to give him a successor but she didn't think baby would come this early so she was worried. Kallix was more worried that Rose might start to worry about miscarriage so he reassured her that the imperial blood has high mana protecting them. His own mother had tried to abort him many times and he was able to survive cause of his high mana, so even if the dragon does something, the baby will be fine. He still promised to keep her safe. It was the day of the wedding. The plan was when Rose gets kidnapped, the magic they had placed on Kallix will allow him to break through the dragon's barrier and appear before her. Mr.Comet who had the spell memorized will tie the dragon to the imperial family. Kallix showed up more worried than Rose. She tried to reassure him she's prepared. NASA spotted odd events happening on Trappist-1d. They swear their love under their wedding vows. The wedding ceremony proceeded safely. After the pope sprinkled some divine power over them, they kissed. It was a long kiss that lasted over 3 minutes. Rose thought he had gone crazy but Kallix didn't care as his kiss got heated and his fingers went down from her hair to her waist. Rose can hear the loud screams and thought it must've been stimulating for the viewers to watch. Rose then realized the pope was watching and laughed as she seemed to have known why he is doing this. Kallix finally stopped when she laughed. She embraced him and patted him on the back to calm him down. She doesn't want him to get excited. They're at the temple, not their own room. After the pope's blessing, the dragon finally appeared with his golden hair. He was happy to see Rose alive. He thought Mauricias would've killed her. When he tried to reach to Rose, Kallix stepped forward. The dragon told Rose that if she comes to him, he will save her humans. He told Rose that she's smart so she'll find that palace too boring for her. Rose held Kallix's hand in reassurance and then went to the dragon to make him promise he will save her people. He promised and she took his hand. The dragon then turned into his dragon form. Rose believed Kallix will come to save her and the dragon had made the promise he won't hurt the humans. The dragon brought her to his nest. He showed her all the gold and jewelry knowing Rose likes money. He was doing it with Aaron's face, knowing Rose likes Aaron, but Rose is just preparing for Kallix to come. She pretended to be okay but she was nervous. The dragon got upset as he thinks Rose only likes human. He wanted her to live with him. She called him Aaron and he told her that his name is Racht. Rose decided to test out the magic to call Kallix. He immediately appeared with his sword. He then used his magic to call forth his people. They binded the dragon and he told some to bring the empress to safety. The knights that tried to listen to his orders started to cough blood. The dragon called Rose foolish. Kallix and the dragon fought. When Kallix fell to the floor after he threw his sword at the dragon, the wizards were ordered to start the spell. The dragon kept demanding Kallix to give him Rose. They both kept attacking each other. In the midst of the fight, a portal appeared and Mr.Comet showed up and started to chant the spell to bind the dragon. The dragon tried to eat Kallix and just as Rose screamed out 'No!' a diary appeared over the dragon's head. Mr.Comet's spell struck the dragon's neck and Kallix said the final words as he bind the dragon to the imperial family. The dragon returned to human form. They were surprised Selena came. Racht was surprised there's another alien. Selena did her final volunteer service for them. She also found out a way to return back to earth. It's through death so she drank a vial of poison. It was then Rose also fainted. She saw the grim reapers, Kallix holding Rose's body crying. The grim reapers told her they're going. The grim reapers told her that she haven't committed any sins in her past life, so she can reincarnate through the law, but various things had happened before that could happen. They can let her be reborn again to her parents from previous life. Rose doesn't want to follow them. The dragon was able to see them. He somehow helped Rose by taking her soul and throwing it back into her body. Once she's back in her body, she can't see the grim reapers. In order to prevent them from taking her back, Racht told them that even if she was a soul from their world, she's currently hosting someone of their world. She's pregnant, thus making her someone of their world. Racht attacked the invisible enemies with his fire beath. They finally left. Apparently they showed up to take Hyesung (Selena) and Rose was almost taken along with her when they spotted her soul was from their world. The dragon seemed thankful for the contract as now he has a reason to interact with the human world. He was bored alone. The grim reapers tried to take her back since her existence could create huge changes in their world. She has knowledge of earth and the things that were developed there. So when humans realized the possibility to create bigger things, they might challenge the realm of the gods, and absolutes would be deemed unnecessary. Rose forgave Racht for what he did but she told him that she doesn't want to live for a long time. Racht finds Rose fun but Kallix not fun. He hopes their child will be fun though. He then blessed them before disappearing. Kallix was worried she would return and she told him that she has a family here now. She cried as she told him to keep holding her here. Kallix wiped her tears and told her that he won't ever send her away. He named the child Arden meaning 'my love' <FIN>

I felt it when you said, it wasn't a story to re-read. I just finished reading the novel and I gotta say that your summaries are top notch, you write everything that's important that even I who read the novel thought I didn't need to.
