    There is a novel that is on Novelupdates that I can't remember the title but offhand it had:
    • Mc or someone similar on the cover kissing a key in front of a door
    • The story was based on a death game or similar with doors that had different levels
    • Was slow burn and BL I believe
    • Can't remember the objective but I think the MC was stuck there?
