Asking for advice since right now I'm kinda overthinking about the next step of my job application process when I'm supposed to just sit back & wait (and it's also holiday period)
Do sports, play games, just do things to keep your head out of the problem. If someone else is reminding you of the problem, leave them.
sleep it off, go for a walk. If there's nothing you can feasibly do to improve your chance, then just take your time. maybe get another application prepared.
I have just finished the first part of How to stop worrying and start living. Which is Fundamental facts you should know about worry. I want you help you but I don't want to rush through and read ahead as this book deserves to be contemplated on. However here's the formula of conquering worrying from what I've read from the book. It's called the Willis H. Carrier's magic formula to solve worries. https://wisdomfrombooks.wordpress.c...ons-three-steps-which-can-give-peace-of-mind/ You can read it above. I really suggest you take out some time to sit and work your worries through this formula. And I advice you use pen and paperwork it. Hope you conquer this hurdle. Tell me if it worked
I go for a nap when I think too much... Also from my own experience it can backfire if you are impatient with HR departments
preparation sure important but~ you need to learn to let go something~ learn to let it be~ learn you can't do everything alone cuz you are not omnipotent omnipresence god~ do sport cuz over think is not healthy~
