I'm trying to extract Korean text from some novel raws so I can MTL it. That's why I'm looking for a good OCR software or website preferably something that's free since I can't afford any paid stuff. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have used Capture2Text to quickly OCR text before. It's good for doing a page or two, but very laborious to do more manually.

Behind the front end, Capture2Text uses the Tesseract OCR system, so I then used Tesseract with Python to turn raw light novel images into Japanese text for MTL purposes. I assume it would also work when configured for Korean but I have not personally tried it.

Not really free, but if you happen to have Microsoft OneNote, you can use that for OCR.

If you use Windows, try gImageReader. Not perfect but it is Free. It is only 50% readable.
