A given series needs to be added to the bot by Tony before it starts picking the releases up automatically. He adds new series to the bot every week or so, so wait a bit for that. As for your releases not being approved... Either they were rejected for being unedited MTL, or the mods didn't approve it yet because they were busy with other stuff and couldn't check your releases yet.
Novel Updates limits the number of releases displayed on the front page (or for a given day) from a single series or - in some cases - group. These releases were accepted, but temporarily hidden while that arrangement was put in place. It took considerably longer than it usually does, apologies for that, but everything should be kosher now.
