    Stolen from @Westeller

"Necro rules do not apply to LCD, Spoiler, or Pick-up Request threads. To threads in which a neverending discussion can actually take place. Regular threads are more like brief conversations that die out quickly, and do not need to be resumed by a random passerby four years later, at which time the original participants have often moved on from the forums entirely.

Necro rules are handled relatively loosely. We do sometimes allow for particularly unique threads to be revived, or preserve particularly helpful new posts - even when they revive a really old thread. Necro rules are most often applied because people revive totally random threads with completely unnecessary, unhelpful, and often incredibly brief posts.

    ...

People revive threads with newer equivalents. People revive the most generic threads in the world. People revive threads to answer a question someone asked, despite them no longer even being around to hear the answer, and often despite the question already having been answered. People revive threads to argue with something someone said years ago. People revive threads to agree with something someone said years ago. People revive threads to recommend their favorite movie. People revive threads to advertise their blog.

    You get the idea.

The rules are a blanket disallowance, because people come up with new reasons to pick up a years old conversation every day."

Since it's a bad thing to necroing death thread, is it alright if I make new threads?

When you are eyeing that 100 post mark, every little enquiry must necessitate the creation of a separate thread. :blobwoah:

Anyway, go on, I'm not tired of seeing you; you look like one of those who are inevitably going to slip up some time, and I'll be there, waiting to report you. :blobowoevil_horns:

....lol 'death' thread sounds sooo wrong:blobrofl::blobrofl::blobrofl: like someone has made a thread talking about suicide :blobrofl::blobrofl::blobrofl:
This only makes that thought more likely, like she's saying *Don't disrespect the dead* :blobrofl::blobrofl::blobrofl:
    or maybe I'm just weird
