I'm looking to a book where they re shooting a tv show and they have to pay for everything using the money that they earn in the show. They end up going to an orphanage where the mc used to like at and it's revealed that the mc tried to commit suicide at the orphanage at a balcony. It is possible it's an omega verse I'm not sure about that though
