Question 元配逆袭系统

Could someone translate that? I used an MTL for it, but I keep getting "Yuanpei Counterattack System". What is yuanpei?

Yuanpei (元配) means "first wife", literally "original mate"

You're likely seeing 原配 instead of 元配, but they mean the same thing.
