Ive read that novel but the one im thinking of was a different one that started out with the allergy scene in the few chapters

The one that I recall it also “Rebirth of a Cannon Fodder from a Novel”, the MC got a allergic that sent him to a hospital. That the MC got into the hospital because of her but his family didn’t care and beat him up really bad for making his sister sad for him. Btw the MC and his sister are twin. The other one that sounds similar of what you are looking it “Rebirth of the Wolfish Silkpants Bottom”, the MC doesn’t have a sister but the MC mother give him a poison milk so she can blade everything of MC brother-ML-(not by blood)
