Hi y’all’s im trying to find 2 novels cause im forgetful like that

if I remember correctly the MC is like a god at like Chinese medicine and it’s QT and he transmigrated into like a 80s china (the era where they use the old kind of cars) and the ML is this military dude what got his legs paralysed and face disfigured. The ML family did everything they could to heal the ML but like they couldn’t then the MC comes along and then basically says “yo I have this magical Chinese medicine formula that was passed down by my grandfather”

Second one is also a qt where the MC and ML are actors. I think at the beginning the MC had to audition for the role and he had to act quite feminine abd the ML who was there was like “no way is that a guy” until the MC removed his makeup.
The MC is acting as this thief who tried to steal from the general (played by the ML) which lead to them um doing the deed
Then at the end of the movie, the ML goes to war while the MC stays and wait for the ML to come back

    +.+

I think the second one is Arc 6 of Pleasing Start Over. The first one also sounds familiar, but I'll have to search some more.

Is the first one the third arc of "Turn on the Love System?"

    • OriHost was a ger who had his arranged engagement broken off by the protagonist gong for the protagonist shou
    • Protagonist gong + shou are from a prestigious military and medical family respectively. OriHost was from a traditional medical family that is in decline but was once highly respected in the generation of orihost's grandfather (known as a healing god)
    • Protagonist gong x his shameless family tried to "compensate" the transmigrated MC publically while breaking off the engagement and play the role of "true love above all" in an increasingly westernized culture / paint the MC as an unreasonable villain in the protagonist gong's love story (many of the younger generation embracing westernized ideals over tradition such as arranged marriage).
    • MC and his family basically don't let themselves get bullied but do break off the engagement + somewhat shame the protagonist gong's family for essentially "cheating" on the MC, even if it was an arranged marriage. In the original story, because the oriHost and family were firm on following tradition, they appeared to be unrational and unreasonable which led the public to support the protagonist gong and shou's marriage. In this timeline, MC turns it around by being calm but pointing out the obvious that it was still considered an affair. While ML's mother preferred the protagonist shou over the MC at this point still, this does make their family lose face which makes her start to feel dissatisfied with the protagonist shou
    • Protagonist shou is the ex-fiance of this arc's ML (disabled marshal) and the white moonlight of the protagonist gong
    • Protagonist shou originally chased the ML into an engagement because ML was the only heir of a powerful military family + talented/high-ranking + handsome+ they were neighbours and their moms were friends
    • Once ML comes back disabled, protagonist shou breaks it off and decides to secure his own future by marrying his spare tire, the protagonist gong
    • Transmigrated MC ends up curing (?) the ML/was found by the ML's family because of superstition that ML would get better after getting married to the MC because of birth characters
    • Eventually, MC reveals his skills as a traditional doctor and becomes a highly-sought after consultant at the hospital that the protagonist shou works at
    • ML reveals he's fully recovered much to the shock and regret of the protagonist shou family + other rival families in the community who snubbed the ML's family after ML came back crippled
    • Protagonist gong gets his reality shaken somewhat when he and ML fight in the finals of an annual military tournament. He gets badly beaten by the ML, almost one-sidedly but his then spouse, the protagonist shou, instinctively runs off to offer treatment to the ML and doesn't even look back at the protagonist gong. Protagonist gong's mother also notices and berates the shou but protagonist gong stands up for the protagonist shou who pretends to be remorseful. Protagonist gong still tries to make their relationship work, hoping that the protagonist shou will one day return his feelings fully. Protagonist shou is very much a white lotus
    • ML and MC go on a mission to a mountain to catch bandits with ML's army + the protagonist gong's army
    • MC makes a mean roast lamb + cooks well + hypnotizes the mountain bandit leader into giving away all his information somehow :')
    • Protagonist gong overhears his soldiers gossiping about his relationship and comparing to the ML's. He never regretted leaving MC and still loves the protagonist shou to the end but he becomes disillusioned and realizes that the protagonist shou never loved him at all and still loved the ML. But the protagonist gong does envy the love that MC and ML have and wonders if he had stayed with the MC, would they have a comfortable and supportive relationship instead of his one-sided (and imo, emotionally abusive) relationship. I think the original protagonists end up divorcing because it's found out by the protagonist gong's family that protagonist shou was mistakenly identified as a ger. The protagonist gong family, excluding the protagonist gong himself, really does regret breaking it off with the MC because of his talent + fame.
    • More on the topic: Protagonist shou is revealed to have mistakenly been labelled as a ger because he also has a red ger "mole" but it turns out to just be a mole and he's actually a "man" in that world, explaining why the two could never have children
