Resolved MC have a calculating twin brother who wants to occupy his position in his adopted family

I'm not sure if this is QT but I'm not sure if it is BG or BL or no romance at all. MC here has a twin brother. Since MC is sick, his biological family threw him in the woods for the wolves to eat him. Them his now grandfather found him (MC saved him) and was adopted. Then MC's reincarnated and went to find his twin brother to give his kidney(?), something like that. But MC didn't want to, because it will put his now family in danger. MC's twin began to copy MC's old self and wanted to occupy his position. Additional info, MC is lazy here. He also always forgot to wear shoes so their house have fluffy(?) carpeted floor.

I rhink it's mtled or raw, I'm not really sure.

now let me clarify some points I don't really get:
the part with MC being thrown into the woods to be fed to wolves shouldn't be literal?
when was MC reincarnated? Before or after he got adopted by his grandfather? and why? assumably he should have died at some point?!
why does the twin need to copy MC if he stayed with the family in the first place?

 

It might be because the original family is poor, so they decided to abandoned the other kid, which happens to be the MC? Or it could be some kind of superstition or something where the other would bring bad luck.

Might be because MC's adopted family is rich, twin brother got jealous and wants it too. This is a cn, so it's usually something along those lines
Edit: Just realize the op didn't mention anything about it being a cnovel, but looking at the plot, there's a high possibility that it is one, and by high----I mean really high.
