I was surprised it finally got a webtoon but then...! I read the webtoon and I gotta say I'm not a fan of the artwork . Once I saw how Adele was drawn I immediately got reminded of the ML in Aesthetics of a Villain's dull n stiff artwork. Honestly the art does not go with the charm and future(yandere, no empathy) vibe of the story. I love the story but not the webtoon. Downgrade of the novel's cover.
Same, the artwork is pretty but I just don’t think it goes well with how I imagined the characters to be while reading the novel. With how the webtoon/manhwa is made, feels like I’m reading another cliched story I’ll get tired of. I’m more enjoying the novel.
Yes~took the words right outta my mouth...it feels like another cliche story! The artist is making Anastasia look too healthy and too energetic. At the start of the story she is supposed to look sickly . Spoiler: Spoiler Only when Adele starts giving her monster/demon blood does she start feeling temporarily healthy. Which webtoon team do y'all think could've done this story justice? IMO probably the webtoon team behind, How to get my husband on my side.

I was so confused by the manhwa art. They keep saying Mc is super sick, but she even has rosy cheeks! anyway, manhwa version is out o chapter 21 in Spanish and a guy with green hair appeared. His name is Ray / Raí or something like that and he have something to do with sacred / holy powers. He bumped into MC and called her “dirty thing”, so I’m guessing he can feel something about the contamination Mc received from the evil ghost? he (green hair guy) was in love with Olga on the original and is nice to everyone (except to MC because of the dirty thing). I’m guessing they find a cure to Mc with holy powers? Something like purifying? Just a guess tho. oh, and did ML killed that kid that throw a rock at Mc?

The ML reminds me of the brother from <I Reincarnated as the Little Sister of a Death Game Manga’s Murder Mastermind and Failed>. It’s one of my favorite novels. Spoiler ML is already showing yandere tendencies, 20 chapters in the manhwa. Like the ML from what I mentioned, they both look gentle and kind but are actually only acting with a facade. FL is also lovable: not totally naive and can speak her mind. I am SO excited for this, camping for spoilers too .
