Depends on how horrible those things are, and how expecting them to happen can affect you... But my answer is no. I don't consider it self destructive.
Nah not at all. Usually whenever I think of doing a certain thing, Take example of Washing porcelain plates, my mind automatically considers " what if it fails " " what if you fall " " what if you cut your fingers " Lol quite thankful it happens, I could atleast take precautions beforehand.
Most definitely depends on "what things" and how many of them ends up being done after being thought of.
*Touches nose* coughs Mister Slime, I didn't thought about that yet but maybe I would uh be careful and hide in the bathroom? You let me fall in an awkward position lol
Let's say in a romantic relationship, I automatically believe my s.o. would cheat or betray me or leave me.
In a way it’s almost self prophecy. It’s like your relationship or job is going to well. That you subconsciously hinder or down right destroy them. Sometimes a negative action just like a positive reactions has a cascading effect. So yes to your question. At least to a certain degree
No. But if you do or think about it all the time and eventually it makes you or someone to react to it and ends up horribly just like you expect, then it is.
nope~ depend on the as usual balance stuff~ too much negative is pessimist lack of it is naive? a healthy dose is practical~
